Popped in needing a refresh and I was greeted by their furry butler. I was seated at the best massage chair, at least it seemed like it to me! Luxury Spa Chair.. the seat wrapped around my gluts and I found myself going for the third round! Ok back to the pedi experience, shellac was removed, got a fairly good leg and foot massage, hot towel, and foam slippers to dry bc I forgot my flip flops in my car. Interior is spacious. Very disappointing visit.. communication with my nail tech was hard and I ended up leaving with something completely different than I asked for as she could not understand what I wanted as their was a language barrier. My fill was $45 which is higher than their price listed but that always happens. My friend's full set was $76. Completely different quality of nails than mine, so inconsistent work between nail techs, and was a mediocre attempt at what she asked for. She was told her short/medium coffin nails were $70 and her one single line art on the nail was $6. I've gotten way better and more detailed nails for cheaper. Both of our hands hurt a lot from how bad we got burned by the drill, and we both have had acrylics for YEARS. I had a mani/pedi here right before my vacation. The lady did my manicure very gently and carefully. The man who did my pedicure was a bull in a china shop. He was careless and sliced off skin on the back of my foot above my heel with the metal callus remover tool. It really hurt and bled the entire time. I asked for a band-aid when he didn't offer one. Putting my foot back in the water with an open wound was painful. Wearing shoes is very uncomfortable because of where the skin tear is located. I will not be coming back here. read more

The women who have done my pedicures are very nice and gentle. Yesterday I got my pedicure done by the man who works there and he was extremely rough. He scrubbed my foot so hard and on top of my foot not the bottom which I thought was so weird. I wanted to cry at the salon because it hurt so bad but kept it in because I did not want to make a scene. I knew the cuts were deep but I stuck it out because I've always liked my pedicures from this place in the past. Not only did they dismiss how deep my cuts were, they did not even take any little percent off my pedicure. I wasn't expecting anything big off, but these are no small scrapes, I'm going to a wedding and my feet will now have scabs on them. If you go here, do not get a pedicure done by the man. read more

I'm disappointed to say the least. If you know anything about acrylic nails you would know that the correct liquid monomer to use is EMA monomer NOT MMA! MMA monomer can be seriously damaging to your natural nails and raises your risk of infection! I was beginning to soak off my broken nails to replace them myself and I encountered this... Great nail salon!! Mary knows how to do nails well & her daughters are very helpful and good at nails as well. Mary mostly specializes in acrylic nails so if you come in just for a manicure shellac you will probably get the daughters or one of the other workers. I love coming here early in morning when they just open, the service is very nice and not rushed because there are no other clients. The prices are reasonable here! More name brand polishes for shellac vs. the regular polishes most of which are brands I've never heard of. They have a punch card for multiple visits which is a plus and has me coming back. read more

I enjoyed the precautions they have in place for Covid-- taking temperatures, sanitizing hands upon entry, and forms.. that was nice. Unfortunately, I found the basic pedicure to be very expensive for what it was ($30 + $2 for the file... $5 for shellac removal which was literally buzzed off with a full set buzzer tool) The little gal who did my nails painted them really well, but the "massage" was basically a total of 3 mins where she basically rubbed lotion on my legs... which was incredibly disappointing, as the massage is the whole reason I go to get my toes done in the first place. The owner's husband glued my tips on and made sure i was comfortable with the placement and constantly checking if I liked it. BUT she was VERY CARELESS when using the electrical nail file she ended up cutting the side of my pinky really badly I was bleeding a lot. It hurt to use my hand for two days. I found passion nails on Facebook with amazing reviews and decided to give them a call and make a last minute appointment. I came in and and they sat me down fairly quickly. I wanted to try something new. I usually always get a full set with just nail polish over. This time I went for solar. I told her I wanted an ombré look with sparkles and jewels and to just go all out. Maria was my nail artist I showed her pictures of an idea that I wanted and she took it all and did just that! I have never been more stunned about my nails before. She really did an amazing job and communicated well with me. I paid $68 total and every penny was worth it. Quality over quantity. As I was getting my nails done women were walking through the door and the staff knew all their names and always made sure to welcome them in like they were their own. A woman next time even went on about how this was her favorite nail shop and she doesn't go anywhere else. The place itself a very clean and well put together, the staff are all very friendly and take care of all their guests and even children! I love that they had a special seat just for kids to get third little fingers and toes done too. This will for now on be my go to nail shop. I came in to get some coffin shaped acrylic nails and they came out beautiful! The woman who worked on my acrylic nails was very gentle with my fingers (I've been to MANY salons in the Portland and Clackamas area where I've had throbbing finger tips for days due to the harshness) but my nail technician was very gentle and careful with my fingers. Her attention to detail was also spot on. I've been getting so many compliments on my nails and it's all thanks to these wonderful ladies! I have never had issues with nails popping off, breaking, or paint chipping off etc.The only thing I will say is that I recommend scheduling a morning appointment because they do tend to run behind so an afternoon appointment you may be waiting an hour after when you were scheduled. That really is the only flaw but I have had no issues In the morning. Highly unprofessional customer service and pricing. I was given a recommendation by a stranger to come here and ask for Mary for an acrylic full set. Both women that helped me were COMPLETELY rude. I was very friendly but they literally started lecturing me the minute I walked in. I told them it was my first time there but they were still asking me where my nail kit was? And that I'd have to buy one. I've never heard of this. I accepted and thanked her and she rolled her eyes. Then she handed me over to Mary who was just as rude. I tried being friendly with her, telling her people spoke so highly of her to me and she literally ignored everything I said. Also, they charge you wayy extra if you want your acrylics a little longer. This is ridiculous to me, I've never heard of any sort of charge. And beware that they charge $10 if you want a matte top coat instead of shiny. Yeah, $10 extra. My nails turned out looking good but the matte lasted ONE DAY and they all started lifting and breaking at the 2 week point which is very early. Needless to say, I'll never be returning here!!! read more

I was waiting 45-1 hour after my appointment was supposed to be. I had let Mary know before hand that I was on a tight schedule and had to leave in the next two hours.
