She removed my very old ones (5 weeks) , gave me a manicure, and did a fresh set for $25 (I tipped her $5). This place is very conveniently located for me. I made an appointment yesterday for 10AM. I was the only person there for the most part (a Tuesday). She was very aggressive with working my old gel off. Lots of filing the top, soaking with acetone for 1-2 minutes, scraping the soft gel off with a metal tool, and reapplying acetone. There are MANY colors to choose from (photos from another Yelper was very helpful). The store looked clean. Although there were multiple TVs, none of them were on. She mentioned giving me a pedicure as well, but it was a very soft-sell and she wasn't pushy either time.

She told me she doesn't do designs. I'm so irritated with this experience & the customer service I received. My nails aren't painted to the tips, you can still see the pink I had last time.
