Thai Chicken Salad Alfredo Bread Basket
    Artemis P.

This is one on those places that the out side dose not do it just the food and the setting should be in some nice old part of town from the beautiful Italian inspired art work to the taste every item that I got was full of flavor . The Alfredo I could actually taste the creaminess of it and the cheese, the Thai chicken salad was probably one of the best salads that I have had , service was amazing friendly. The portions were generous . Absolutely recommend this place for family or even a date night

Really enjoyed the fast, casual, and great food. Staff was very friendly and had good recommendations for us first timers. We tried the jambalaya, spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread. Everything smelled and tasted delicious. Half way through I realized I forgot to take photos. I'm also not big on bread but the sauce was so good, I kept wanting to dip. Definitely worth all the calories.

Came in again with our 12 year old. She is very picky. She got the lasagna and devoured it in a few minutes. Quick valentines dinner was a success! Happy we can bring the kiddo back as well. This place never disappoints.

My wife and I stopped by for a quick and unplanned "date nite." When we arrived at 6:30 pm on Saturday we saw no one in the dining room (hmmm), but we decided to dive in. The place is quaint and a bit of a "hole in the wall" as it is in a strip mall. BUT, they have done a great job with the design. We were greeted promptly and placed our order at the counter. Quick payment and we were off to the table. Note: You grab your own silverware and fill you own drinks. The food came out quickly. Bread. Salad. Main course. Not a bad deal. I had a simple bowl of pasta for $10.95. My wife's order came in a just under $20. The food looked and tasted great. By the time the food arrived, five more groups came in. Overall, we liked the place, and expect to come back.

Decent pasta served with a side of bread or salad. Self service place and food arrives quickly once the order is placed. I personally prefer garlic/butter/pesto or white sauce base pasta over Tomato. Visited them with my friends and we all enjoyed the meal except one. They do offer gluten free or eggless pasta option. Decent place for a quick pasta meal.

Pasta Pronto serves up nice pasta, sandwiches, soup and salad in a comfortable atmosphere. This is one of those places where you order and pay at the counter, are given a number and the food is brought to your table. You fetch your own water/ soda, silverware and napkins. The dining room is small. There are boxes stacked up in the far corner that ruin the atmosphere a bit. Putting up a curtain to cover this space would help. The lady at the counter has always been pleasant and efficient. The food comes to the table almost too fast. We've barely begun eating our salads when our entrees arrive. In Europe salad is eaten after the main course and that's the best way to enjoy it here, otherwise your entree will get cold. The menu offers something for everyone and they are happy to make substitutions if needed. As a vegetarian, I always appreciate this. Meals are served with bread and salad. While the food is not gourmet Italian, it certainly is tasty and well worth the fair prices charged. There is plenty of parking and since they're near Marshall's, you can work your meal off by shopping afterward! Mangia!

I'm impressed, and wondering how I've never been here before. I basically only noticed it because I went to the restaurant right next store (which is also delicious but that's another story!) I got the Carbonara, it was amazing! Super creamy, perfect amount of prosciutto, peas, and mushrooms. Literally ate until I was absolutely stuffed. Fresh bread they bought to my table was super good too. I will most definitely be back.

Great place for pasta in a casual setting. This place has a variety of pasta dishes and sandwiches on the menu. We placed an order for takeout and it took about 20 minutes for the order to be ready. We ordered a couple of pasta dishes; both dishes were still hot when we were about to eat. The pastas came with bread which were still warm as well. Some of the veggies in the pasta were not very fresh, but it didn't take away from the flavor of the dish.

We knew that Beaverton is becoming a known foodie destination and Don's is an example of some of the higher-end restaurant options making an appearance. We were told Don's has been here a year already, so we're glad we found it. This is a small and intimate venue, something like only 6 tables. The kitchen is open for those who love to watch the chef do his thing. I usually love to do this myself, but I became so focused on enjoying the remarkable food that was placed before us that I forgot to watch. The server's name escapes me, but he was wonderful and good at his job! He also was the person who picked the wine pairings for the meal. And what an outstanding pairing it was! Would I recommend the wine parings? Yes, I would. Don's is not cheap experience, by the way. The dinner is pre-fixe, but the wine pairings have two options and prices: full glass or half-glass. My wife and I opted for the half-glass pairing and were pleasantly surprised this this sufficed perfectly with respect to both cost and amount of wine. One memorable pairing was the sparkling Reisling we were served with our oysters! Wow, so perfect and tasty! Who knew? Well, our server a.k.a. wine steward did, for sure. In fact, we loved every dish we were served! Pictures are below. I don't remember the specific names, unfortunately. Between our server and Don, we were well taken care of during our meal. As I mentioned the venue is small, so probably not a place you'd want to bring small children. This is more of a date night (if you really want to impress) or special occasion place, or for those times when you just want to treat yourself to a great meal experience, which is what brought us to Don's. We are feeling very fortunate to have finally discovered Don's Favorite Foods in Beaverton. We will definitely be back!
