The wrappers are hand-made/carefully pleated with perfect thickness - which neutralizes the powerful meaty flavor and spices of the stuffing and the "complexly hot" side sauce, and keeps the heat long. And juicy! Hot juice sprinkles as I bit. I came here around 11:30, right after they opened. So there was no customer yet in the restaurant, and I was able to observe the restaurant's interior without interfering others. Like most Nepali/Himalayan places, the ambiance is serene and cozy - yet, the elegant table setting will serve for romantic occasions.
