In our case my mother's condition quickly deteriorated but thanks to EH's support I was able to secure a beautiful spot for my mother and was able to tell her about it before she passed. This was all in the span of 24 hours. It was a beautiful spot near the top of the hill with a glimpse of the ocean near a very large mature and beautiful tree. We also used their chapel and rooms for a reception along with their catering service. Since all services were provided on site it made things easier. We didn't have to worry about any logistics. From the very beginning, Jesus provided us with an incredible level of support and compassion that we will never forget. He was kind, patient, and informative, never once rushing or pressuring us into making any decisions about the funeral home. Once we had finalized the church and cemetery, Jesus took care of the rest. We chose to hold the viewing at his chapel, and we're so glad we did--it offered an intimate and peaceful setting during a very emotional time. On the day of the funeral, Jesus continued to show professionalism and grace, helping ease our nerves when emotions were running high. He stayed by our side until the very end at the cemetery. Even after the services, Jesus continued to be helpful--our stepmother reached out to him to order some memorial keychains for the family, and he was able to provide them in a timely and thoughtful manner. What also meant a lot to us was the feedback from others--friends and extended family who attended the memorial service and funeral had nothing but praise for Jesus and the entire Magallon team.
