Dad broke his dentures and needed help fast. We set up an appointment online, got the Aspen Dental…read morePlan and we got in and were taken care of well. From the X-rays and care from Carlie, hygienist visit and dentist visit were awesome and caring. We have a plan and are on our way to getting all fixed up. The lady at the front Vanessa speaks great Spanish and can translate ! I was very impressed with our care so far.

Don't go there! This company should be investigated for malpractice and fraudulent billing…read more They will charge you for treatments you didn't know. The first times I went there, they made me pay co-pays. Then, consulting my health plan, I confirmed that I have 2 cleanings and 1 consultation totally covered, including co-pays, every year. The next times, they tried again to make me pay co-pays. I thought they were just incompetent and didn't know how to check health plans. When they understood I would not be fooled, they came up with another strategy. When my daughter went there for her cleaning, they did a "deep cleaning" on her without consulting me. It is not covered by our insurance. They also made me pay that immediately, which was embarrassing because I didn't have more than $100 on me and had to call my husband to send me the rest. I will never understand why a 15-year-old girl who never had a cavity needed a deep cleaning. Then, some time after that, it was my time to get my cleaning, and the guy told me I had to pay a $100+ because mine had to be a deep cleaning as well (which I never needed before). I canceled the appointment and sought another dentist. This month, I received a bill from them and discovered that my previous cleaning there was the so-called "deep cleaning," which they never told me about. I never had the need for a deep cleaning before, and my new dentist never said anything about me needing a deep cleaning, so it was a rip-off from aspen dental. They also wanted to put braces on me, but no dentist before or after that told me I needed braces (my teeth are very straight). They never clean your teeth on the first visit. It has to be on a separate appointment. They will steal your money any way they can.

I was told I needed several fillings just to start, with more dental work to follow later. I…read morescheduled an appointment and went in to begin treatment. After the assistant administered the anesthesia shots, I sat in the chair and waited for over an hour. The monitor in front of me had been left on, showing the daily schedule--including my name and those of all the other patients coming in that day. I watched my appointment time come and go on the screen. I was concerned the anesthesia might wear off, and I also had somewhere I needed to be shortly after. I eventually decided to leave and possibly reschedule. I was moving back to New York soon anyway, so I booked an appointment with my longtime dentist in Brooklyn instead. When he reviewed my x-rays and examined my teeth, he told me I didn't have a single cavity. My teeth looked perfectly healthy! No treatment needed at all. I'm glad I walked out. If I hadn't, I might've let this trickster treat my mouth like an ATM and perform unnecessary work on perfectly healthy teeth. Be wary.

Dr.Morgan was incredibly rude, demeaning and spoke at me (not with me). He kept interrupting me…read morewhen I tried to explain my medical history and told me "that's not a real thing". He had never met me and was jumping to conclusions that I didn't take my dental hygiene seriously. He told the assistant "don't create a treatment plan until I know she's serious about her dental hygiene ". I left, called my husband in tears because of Dr.Morgan's treatment of me. I felt so belittled. I've NEVER been treated so badly by a doctor until now!

I'm so glad I went to Dr. Moreschini for all my dental work!…read more The procedures I had done included the following: * Surgical wisdom tooth extraction (all four teeth with one especially complicated that few practitioners would come near); * Crown preparation and installation; * Cavity fillings; * SDF treatment; * Deep cleaning; * And a few others. I've been delinquent on dental care for over a decade, so there was a lot that needed to be done. During my visits, Dr. Moreschini answered all my questions, gave clear instructions, performed the most thorough examination, and calibrated her technique to ensure I was pain-free and comfortable. She is phenomenal! On top of that, Dr. Moreschini has a truly amazing team - so personable, professional, and responsive! I always felt like I was in welcoming, caring hands. So rare it is nowadays to experience consistently high quality, especially considering the broad scope of work I had done. As for prices, I found them to be more than reasonable. In my case, the estimates were spot on, and Ahh Dental took steps to ensure I understood the scope of work and the charges to expect. The level of transparency they demonstrated put me at additional ease. I'm profoundly thankful to Dr. Moreschini and her team not only for the dental care I received, but for also getting the momentum going on my path to overall better dental health. Now, having been under the care of a first-class expert like her, I feel significantly less anxiety about going in for dental work - and this is a huge and unexpected psychological shift for me. I really can't imagine a better place to go for my dental needs. Very highly recommended!!!
