However the team at this shop were incredible every step of the way. I always knew the status of my repairs thanks to Ryan keeping up with me, and I barely had to speak to insurance because he handled everything. The owner Gene is a master at paintless dents and also helped in fixing a separate issue of damage unrelated to the accident. When I got my car back it felt brand new--cleaned, vacuumed, and waxed. The team here is incredible and you won't be disappointed! It's rare to find a great auto body shop, and not only is this one of them--but you can tell that they truly LOVE cars and treat yours like their own. I will only be using them going forward!!

When I questioned what happen to fixing the rim I was asked by the shop person, "Oh, we were supposed to do that?" It was clearly on the insurance estimate we both had. Still, 5 months later they cannot get the rim and did not call to update me of their efforts or non-efforts... Call to get refund told to come down, go to the shop, will not reimburse the full amount they got paid (including labor and sales tax) from the insurance company, only the cost of the rim which they did not obtain/ install etc. STAY AWAY, under poor ownership. Cannot stress it enough, do not go to this shop!

The dealership told me it had to do with the repairs done by Nicks and they should tow the car so it could all go in a claim- Nick's left my car sitting at the dealership for a week. I had to go to Nicks on a Saturday to find out why they told me my car was towed and it never was. The foreman stood there laughing (please see picture below) not helping, wouldn't get a manager on the phone until I said out loud I am recording this whole interaction. Jason the manager hung up on me and then called the foreman back however I still had the phone - it was the worst experience ever. To have the manager tell me "I had the car back for over 2 weeks and it probably wasn't their fault" I have documentation I had the car back for 4 days 2 of those days I work in Midtown so I don't drive.
