Tanner was my driver, when he arrived it just started pouring raining. My car is in a safe place,…read moreparked in a parking lot. The transmission light is on and the car is having trouble switching gears/moving at a slow pace. The driver tells me to put it in accessory mode and switch the gear to neutral. He tells me to get in his truck. He proceeds to load the truck on to the flatbed. As we are on our way to the mechanic shop I noticed my daytime lights are on, I said hey you left my car on?, that can drain my battery, Tanner says it can't drain your battery. I had to tell him to pull over and cut off my car while it's on the flatbed. He pulled over and turned off the car. We now arrived to the mechanic shop. The owner asked Tanner to move the vehicle to the back where the bay doors are since the car isn't moving/driving. Tanner said okay, then proceeded to get upset and say "I hate when they want to park the vehicles in spot, the should move the car or push it into the back", I said "Why when you could just drive back more since your already in the driveway?", Tanner then asked me to go in the shop and I decided to stand in the rain and watch him unload my vehicle. He put the car into reverse and then moved the flatbed off the front tires. I did record this. I do hope all this unnecessary turning the car on in accessory mode and switching the gears didn't damage the vehicle more. I called to speak to the dispatcher/owner so they would know what happened, and the dispatcher hanged up, maybe by mistake, not sure but when I called back someone answered and then left me on hold. I guess they can read this review and do better.

Worked with Franco at their St James location. My sprinter reported a DEF failure and went into an…read more8 start countdown mode. The dealer charged me $400+ to diagnose the issue. Their prescription was an unfathomable 8k of work to replace most of the DEF system. Got a second opinion from BMA. Their approach was logical and empathic to my concerns and disbelief. In the end, they fixed it by replacing only the Nox sensors / filters and repairing some rodent chewed wiring. It was still expensive but I was never so happy to have only paid $2700. These guys are great!! The st james shop may look a little schetchy with lots of derelict cars scattered around their building. Don't be scared though. These guys are trustworthy and excellent at what they do. I highly recommend them.
