My "go to" place for lunch for 13 years. Fast, effective service with a smile, you feel like family. Food is awesome for a local establishment on a commercial route. Portions usually huge. A coworker reminded me of my first experience at this Pat's the other day. An experience I had long tucked away into the farthest recesses of my mind. A group of us from work went there for lunch one fine and sunny day. We all sat at a long table with me in the middle on one side. The waiter hands us all menus. Well, everyone but me. Then he brought waters for everyone. Well, everyone but me. After a few minutes, I went up to the front and grabbed a menu and sat back down. Minutes later a different waiter asked if I needed a menu...as I was holding a menu in my hand! We all had a laugh at that. Then our old waiter came back and took our orders. A coworker ordered a couple pizzas and salads for some of us, which was a good thing since everyone at the table jokingly said they doubted that the staff would have brought me whatever I ordered. I also asked the waiter for water. It never came. My coworkers were right. After an unusually long wait, we finally got our food. I noticed the restaurant had cleared out by this time. I thought that if the food was at least good, then that would redeem the experience. It wasn't. In fact, it was some of the worst pizza in the area. It was very greasy; the sauce was pretty thin and weak, and the toppings were definitely from a can. I'm not really sure why any of these things happened? I was wearing a shirt and shoes so why couldn't I get any service? What did they have against me? I've never even been here before. read more

If I could give this store a zero star I would. Ever since the store had a manager change it has steadily been going down in customer service and food quality. I had the misfortune to deal with the GM Rick as he so eloquently demonstrated his customer listening skills and satisfaction. I ordered a chicken Stromboli and asked the order taker to please have extra Marinara sauce cooked in it and also ordered a crab cake salad for my wife. Got home and the Stromboli was covered with oil and they put 4 soufflé of marinara sauce on the side. I called and asked for my money back because at this point it's late and I'm already pissed my order was wrong and the food was covered in oil. I get to the store and Rick the GM still wants to prove his point which was meaningless to me. I tried to stay calm and he is still going on. And at this point I lost it with him. All I can say is I have frequented Pats Pizza in 4 states and this location is the absolute worst. No order accuracy, inconsistent quality food , lack of customer skills, self centered employees , disrespectful Gm Rick who I feel might be the root cause to the problem in the store because I strongly believe that a weak leadership will attribute functions like this!!! I will also report Mr. Rick to the Corp center.. Please check your food before you leave because as Rick put it you don't know what you're ordering and he will feed you what he wants.. We recently used Pat's to cater a family party. I was very happy with the quality and amount of food for the price, not only did it save me time but I had tons of leftovers (portions are large). Arlene gave me suggestions on what/how much to order for our party size and Anthony packed us up- not only was the food great (particulalry the garlic knots and chicken salad!) But they also packed us up with plenty of plates, napkins, utensils and condiments. Ill definitely use them again. read more

Sometimes your sandwich is great, sometimes it's light on the filling. When I order a cheesesteak I want to barely be able to close the roll. That might sound demanding, but so does $9 for a shrimpy sized cheese steak. Pizza is excellent though but I stick with just plain because they never put much toppings an they want $2.50 for each topping on a large pizza. They are extremely tasty but the price is not justified for what they give you. If they increased portion sizes a bit at no extra cost then I'd easily give it a 5 star rating. However it feels as though they are really trying to gouge me. read more

Have ate many pat's pizza's, this is not to detract from other pats in the area. Every time I order from the Edgewood location its always well over an hour delivery time, i always get cheesesteaks, who ever is cooking there is absolutely horrible, steak is soo dry and chewy, sub roll is always so smothered in mayo it literally falls apart in your hands. I at first thought I called on a bad night but i have ordered a hand full of times with the same results. Save yourself time and get a descent meal at the Aberdeen or Rosedale location. read more

Strombolis are huge and very good. Make sure to ask for the garlic knots, they are great. Service was super!

My boyfriend and I always order take out from here. We've never had a delivery wait longer than 60 minutes. The delivery drivers are always so polite and the food always comes out great!! I recommend this location to anyone. Keep it up!! read more

I have been to this particular pats several times and never had an issue. However yesterday was the worst and I will never go again. My son and I went in yesterday and there were only 2 other ppl eating. I order my son a grilled cheese with fries and seafood pasta for myself. She brought out bread and everything was fine. The waitress disappeared for a long and then came to check. By this point I had to ask for my son's food because he was hungry and grilled cheese doesn't take that long to make. She said oh yeah do u want it? Obviously if I asked. She brought it out and I was halfway finished with my salad. I went to take another bite and found a long piece of Black Stringy HAIR on my cucumber. I was beyond horrified. She talked to the manager and he gave me a measly 10% off-wtf. By this time im annoyed. My pasta comes out and taste like nothing. The sauce had no taste there was barely any crab meat and no seasoning period! The topper was I had a coupon for 3 off $20. My bill was $23. The waitress told me I could not use it because I received a discount for the HAIR in my food. Are you kidding me? I explained I didn't ask for that discount and that was mistake on their part. She said u can speak to the manager. Since the waitress was so slow and I was beyond pissed. I order spaghetti w meatballs pizza and chicken Alfred as per conversation mention come with salad ask what dressing we want I mention Caesar dressing the person say to us thousand island again I said Caesar the person said French btw I'm staying in hotel Hampton I mention in the my room which is I'm staying at the 2nd floor they put it on the 4 th floor I imagine they been doing this business delivery to the hotel did not know there no 4rh floor for best part that I save for the last I specific mention to them about utensils they don't knoe what is a utensils IS!!!
