We searched and searched for a local pub that had Guinness and Guinness zero (which if you aren't drinking and haven't tried, it's super good) We found this place, and are so happy we did. I have to say, we go to a lot of pubs, but this one is exceptional. The bartender, David, was super cool and helpful. Really friendly and gave us the run down of the place. We ordered the Corned Beef Tacos, which were SOOOO GOOD! We also got the pretzel, which is huge and really flavorful. We got the protein salad, and it was also a generous portion. I have to say the stand out was the corned beef. I have had this at so many pubs, and this one takes the cake. It was so tender and flavorful. Possibly the best I've ever had. It's really cozy inside. The bar is HUGE. It wraps around two rooms. They have dart boards, which we love. (Real ones. Not those silly electric ones. Ha!) They have a pool table. They have entertainment many nights a week. We will 100% be back. 10/10 Would recommend. read more

Low-key I kind of judged suburbia Orange County Mission Viejo wrong I was visiting from my town and my friends and family. I we are looking for a dive bar and we did not think they would be a dive bar like this in the very very quiet suburbia, but that was very wrong. Thank you to the karaoke, KJ Lonnie and the staff for showing Orange County hospitality to its finest good drinks. Great prices great crowd good food. He had a fun time taking shots and seeing karaoke like we were on The Voice or American Idol trying to win that Grammy lol and he and my friends and family are definitely giving this place at A+ and coming back again. read more

This Julia chick is so full of it. I go to this place relatively often (at least once a week for Tuesday night trivia, sometimes more). My book club also meets here (oooh, yeah, druggie book club!) and we've come together and hosted events and activities here to support members of our community who have fallen on hard times. I also buy my homemade pies from one of the bartenders every holiday, (my husband swears by Sara's pecan pie.) All this to say, I think someone's imagination may be running away with them... or maybe this person has a bone to pick with this place for other reasons? (Yeah, we know what this is about, Julia. Sucks your friend got fired, lol.) Anyway, it's a cool little easygoing pub. Solid bar food, trivia, a bingo night, and karaoke 7 nights a week. Can get a bit rowdier after 9 on weekends, but I've never felt unsafe in here. Anyway, check it out sometime, especially if you live nearby. read more

Joined some friends to listen to live music by Neil Levin. The staff was friendly and helpful even though they were a little understaffed. I had the fish and chips - let's be honest, this is a neighborhood pub and expectations on food should be tempered- which was alright. I will come back to listen to live music again. read more

Came here with family for Karaoke and drinks. Ended up ordering food as well. I've been to this establishment a few times before and already had low expectations. This last visit was especially bad mostly from the really rude short chubby white chick with the space buns. I think her name was Brie. She was very unfriendly and irritated from the start. Super rude. Food was terrible as well. Wings, fish and chips all tasted like old frozen food. The 20% mando tip for a party of 6 was the icing on the cake. Other peeves: we came in and had to put our own table and chairs together, table was dirty, slow service. + 1 star for KJ - dude is friendly and can actually sing. He just needs better mics and acoustics. You have to yell to be heard which sucks. Theres a small dance floor that can get packed when he plays old school hip hop in-between karaoke sets. Overall maybe come here for drunk karaoke. Skip the food, stick to drinks, try to avoid female servers and expect long waits. This aint Charles Dickens. Come with low expectations. read more

Had a great time with coworkers at Patsy's with delicious offerings that were shared! We were sat at the back that was close by the bar which was fine and comfortable. Comfort food such as cheese burgers, baked potato topped with cheese and bacon bits, a large pretzel were just some favorites. Cocktails, beers, wine and non-alcoholic beverages were plentiful! Let me just say any day of the week if you feel like getting out this place has something for you. I love that they have a jukebox box so you can set a vibe if you please . The food is good and they have deals daily . Pool and darts and video games . Cherry on sundae you can sing your heart out as they have karaoke every single day. I like that there is a diverse group of people that go there so every visit is a different pleasantry . Kim Melia are my go to bartenders because they are hilarious warm and welcoming even before I became a regular . Sara is amazing too and sells award winning jerky that you have to try .Marge is a hoot too. I guess what I'm trying to say is if you don't have your local go to bar check this one out it may become your favorite!!!! This place had a good vibe and the music is great. However, it's too loud and you have to yell for people to hear you. The dance floor is by the speakers and is ear piercing. People vape inside too and it should be strictly non-smoking. Otherwise, people seem to enjoy the drinks and the ambiance. read more

Overpriced dive bar. Place has been around for years but doesn't like to keep customers for that long as they charged us almost $40 for 2 drinks (house margarita & midori sour) so that's more than likely the last time we go there. Dry service. You're better off going to 711 for some tall cans and going home to be honest. If you're willing to go spend a ridiculous amount of money for dive bar drinks then you're better off going to a nice establishment for the same price and better drinks. I review Pasty's so frequently because I love it so much. This review brings you another great off the menu item called the " Suir," which is a hearty Irish stew with beef, carrots. potatos, mushrooms in a very nice broth, and maybe something I might be leaving out. It's excellent, and it's one of my favorite dishes at Patsy's. It's generously portioned, and I can usually finish only half it, but then I have another meal for the next day. This place is very trashy. Waitress begging for way more than they deserve. Gave a 15% tip but she says "I think there is supposed to be a one in front of that".... Very unprofessional. Waited forever to close out while my bartender was chatting and then walks away. No one else was willing to help even though they were just standing around. Also the didn't check IDs even though we had young people with us. Overall do not recommend. Would rather drive to Irvine than come back. read more

I give this restaurant 3 stars for the amazing food - I especially recommend the corned beef tacos!!! They lose 2 stars for the horrendous service. They only care about the patrons sitting and drinking at the bar (probably how they make the majority of their revenue). Anyone sitting at the tables is ignored. When a server FINALLY comes to take your order, be prepared to wait over 20-30 minutes to receive your food even though you are the only one ordering food. If you ask for something they forgot to bring with your food (like horseradish for your tacos) you will never receive it. Prepare to wait 20-30 minutes after finishing your food to receive your check. Don't even bother asking for a refill on a non-alcoholic beverage. You will never get it. This place could be packed because the food is so good if they found proper management and servers. If you have 2 hours or more to kill and don't mind terrible service but are craving amazing food, go for it! read more
