Great vibe with live music (might be hard to get seated and parking spot) and service was very Knowledgeable

I had the create your own flight and I fell in love with the Port. The server was friendly but didn't try and make any suggestions. They don't have much by way if good besides a cheese plate. The pizza place in the plaza was closed due to a fire. I'm giving this 3-4 stars because it's on a busy corner and not the prettiest location but it was enjoyable Ive been a few times and will be back!

Love this wine tasting room tucked into the Hollywood area of Woodinville. I arrived for a tasting on a busy week night (I was surprised but happy to see it busy for them on a week night). They were happy to accommodate me, immediately serving a sparkling Blanc and talked me through the wine tasting menus. I opted for the white and red menu and was not disappointed. All of the wines have a flavor profile that will suit everyone. The tasting price was reasonable for the area too. After a while my partner arrived and we were able to order pizza from Vivi Pizzeria next door and they brought the food to us from the restaurant. What a great idea, it made our experience even better. The staff member serving us was such a gentleman, and that made all the difference too. Great place to hang out and chat with a friend, partner or family.

Started our wine tasting day here and was not disappointed. The flight of wines we had were all pretty good. Plus, I ordered a glass of Sangiovese. We also ordered a pizza/salad from next door which was delicious. The star of the show was our server Kristina, she helped us with wine recommendations, knew the wines she served, assisted us in getting food from next door and recommended other places to go try on our wine tasting day.

    The absolute best. Perfection

100% a fan. Stocking up tomorrow with an online order. The best wine.! Will be going to a tasting in July as well.

What a great way to start our wine tasting in Woodinville! The sparkling tasting flight is exceptional and the staff was very friendly. They share a patio with another winery and a restaurant, so it gets busy quickly. 10/10 highly recommend!

There's a wine here for everyone at Patterson Cellars. The wines are always solid here, as they have a range of different kinds of wines, including sparkling ones, with tasting rooms throughout Washington state. You've likely had Patterson Cellars wine because it's a popular winery. At this Woodinville location in the Hollywood Hill district, it is conveniently located where all the action is, around other tasting rooms and restaurants. I've been here a few times, and it's been a nice experience each time. There is parking in the shared lot that, but get here early! In my most recent visit here, we took my parents here while they were in town, so we made a reservation for a Friday, which I highly recommend doing. The place was busy, even on a Friday afternoon. That's another reason why I like Patterson Cellars' Hollywood location, is that it's open daily, starting at noon, unlike other wineries in Woodinville which have limited hours. You can always get yo' wine on, no matter the day or time. No judgments here! We started with a sparkling blanc, which was nice. The sparkling ones are all nice here. My favorite of the wines though is the cab sauv-malbec 50/50 blend, which is the perfect kind of wine with a steak or a burger. All of the wines are reasonably priced, too. It's always a fun time at Patterson Cellars, no matter which location you visit. They do have a second Woodinville location in the Warehouse District, one in Seattle's SODO neighborhood and even in the heart of Leavenworth. There's no excuse for a Washingtonian to not have this wine!

Great outdoor seating in the summer. We started with a Rose and had a Red eventually. The best part is you can order food from Vivi Pizzeria next door. They have walk-in only tastings or you can reserve a food and wine tasting experience. My favorite time to go is during the golden hour on summer evenings, when you can bask in the sun on their patio, sipping on a cold rose, taking in the beautiful valley around you and listen to cling-clang of wine glasses. I believe they have a heated patio for the cold days. What are you waiting for? Cheers!

Tom was gracious and inviting. We enjoyed the six tasting flight. I highly recommend the 100% cab and the 100% Syrah. Kid-friendly, dog-friendly, and wheelchair accessible. The pizzeria next door Vive pizzeria is a huge plus! Delicious food and delicious wine with nice Mountain View what more can you ask for? Cheers!

I know you can order food here while wine tasting at Pattersons.... Is the reverse also true (can you do a Pattersons wine tasting while having a meal at Vivis)?

Zosia, We can not do a tasting on Vivi;s side, the Washington State Liquor Laws only allows for unopened bottles to opened and then poured at another liquor license. If we were doing a group tasting and Vivi agreed the bottles could be opened and…

Any time I am at a wine tasting, service is always wonderful. However, the host that we had was not very helpful, and was quick to reject any choices that we had made for our flight, without even offering any suggestions. This experience was definitely below the standard of any wine tasting I have been to. The ambiance was very aesthetic & lovely, and although it was pouring rain outside, the heaters were efficient in keeping us warm. We still made the most of our time here regardless of whatever the host's problem was. I love that we were welcomed with a complimentary pour, and there was plenty of parking in the lot outside. Also, plan on eating before or after because the food options are very limited here.

As a white wine forward taster, I love that this has so many white wine options, as well as some Rosé options. Our group was able to choose our own 4 wines to taste which we appreciated. My selection of Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé and Cabernet Sauvignon (from their Matthew's tasting room), were all excellent. I may be tempted to join their club! The place was pretty packed so the service was slower but I was just happy to see the business thrive on that day. The staff were so nice to interact with. The tasting fee is very reasonable, and makes me want to buy more wine from them because of that. There is parking for their business at the cottage. Can't wait to revisit.

05/24/2026 TASTING…read moreROOM I loved visiting this winery and can't believe I didn't the few other times I traveled to Seattle. They do a summer concert series, and it was the first one of the season. My friend and I got there early, and only one other group had started lining up for VIP. So we went to the tasting room and grabbed seats at the bar. They were offering a $30 "Take Away Flight" with both red and white wine options. I got three reds and the white that they promoted for the summer concert series. All of them were pretty good. I loved how the wine flight was presented (see photo). I would definitely go back just to hang out at the winery next time and drink more. SUMMER CONCERT SERIES I thought the concert would be well organized since this isn't their first time. However, the staff seemed lost when it came to when and where the VIP check-in would be. We had Soundcheck VIP tickets for Yellowcard, and didn't get to go in until like 45 minutes after the scheduled time. So that cut into the VIPs' early entry time. Fortunately we got to the merch tables right before they let general admission in. There were plenty of porta potties. A decent amount of food options. We got a burger and chicken fingers & fries. Of course they offered wine, as well as beer. You also had the option to buy wine bottles at the winery and bring it into the concert area. We sat front row, which had a great view, but it was also right in front of a walkway, so that was a bit annoying. Watching soundcheck and the concert itself was very fun. Overall a good experience, and I would go back!

Chateau St. Michelle has gone from 5 Stars to 3 Stars in my book - at least for GA concert seating…read more It's still awesome if you're purchasing reserved seating. What changed? Live Nation, who apparently is running the concert venue, is a KILL JOY. Total BUZZKILL. They have gone crazy with their non-sensical security rules. If you strictly adhere to the guidelines they posted, you can bring one chair and one bag that's 6x9 inches! Despite what they wrote on their website, they will also let you bring in one small, clear plastic bag of food per person. NO COOLER, NO BIG BAG OF STUFF, NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES (including water). No anything else, either. You can take more stuff with you on a commercial flight than into this venue. As I said, if you're purchasing reserved seats, this experience is likely closer to expectations, although even there I used to bring a small cooler. Not any more. So, what do they think? Some old fart is going to pack an Uzi in the potato salad? Give me a break. These concerts don't exactly attract a wild crowd. Biggest problem they're likely to have here is someone losing their dentures in the grass. Safety is one thing, but draconian, nonsensical rules that kill so much of the joy of the experience is another. Someone in our party had a reusable plastic shopping bag (you know, one of the ones we all had to buy when they outlawed regular plastic shopping bags). Not allowed. They put the food in a clear plastic bag at security so we could take it in (thank you!), but then they insisted that the completely EMPTY re-usable plastic bag be thrown away (or carried back to the car). Chairs and mats that everyone brought in often came in larger, solid canvas and similar material bags. Those were fine. But not the shopping bag. Make that make sense. (You can dismiss this entire rant as "modern problems." I get it. In the scheme of things, this isn't a big deal. But, it's just one more erosion in a long list of erosions of the freedom and joy we used to have. It doesn't have to be this way. We shouldn't have to fear for our very lives going to a concert like this. And, that's the basis for the draconian rules and the foundation for the experience.) Second issue - they cancelled the concert shuttle, but didn't tell anyone and didn't post any signs at the lot or anywhere else. People were cycling through that lot for a while. They said they didn't sell enough tickets to justify the shuttle, but the venue looked as full as it usually does to me. Regardless, they should have at least put a sign in the shuttle parking lot so people didn't have to sit around wondering. Then, there's the $55 dollar parking across the street that's, yeah - $55. Fortunately, there was another lot run by another group down the street for just $20 and the money went to local charitable group - so money better spent there. The venue is still awesome. It's absolutely beautiful. All the staff were very pleasant and nice. Many were obviously going out of their way to make up for the draconian rules about which many people were complaining. Traffic getting out was crazy, as usual - even for those just trying to walk off the grounds. That's typical. I would have thought they could have improved the "walk-out" by now (it's been years and never done well), but apparently draconian security took priority. I would give a big shoutout and thank you to the Chateau for keeping their winery store open for much of the concert and NOT jacking up prices. That's wonderful!! You can buy your wine at regular winery prices (which are similar to any other retail), unlike Marymoore Park where the cheapest bottle will be a $20 bottle selling for $80+ and values only get worse from there. I stuck to wine, so I'm not sure what they charge for other beverages. I might go back if I'm splurging for the reserved seats, but I'm not sure GA makes a lot of sense anymore. It's always a balance on security, but that balance has been completely lost. We're now into -- "those who trade their security for their freedom will end up with neither." That's a thing and it seems we're now on that road.
