I told him explicity that I wanted a 20K check up, not a 15 K. So he puts it in as a 15K one and when I went to check out I was presented with a bill for $505 which I refused to pay. After some arguing the bill was $277 which is still too high for the service I had done. Be very careful about the service department at Peltier Ford. I would find another place to service your car. I will now go to Marshall Ford which is close to where I live. Be wary - the service pamphlet they handed me had a lot of recommendations for very costly service charges they recommend. I checked the ford owners manual and most of those service items are really not needed.

After talking and setting things straight, we were able to get a fair price on the car. I was not impressed with the way things were handled at the start, but after talking with the sales manager we were able to clear things up and I found the perfect car for me! Also, the financing guy was extremely pushy. I turned down any warranty/financing through Honda, and after making myself very clear on it, he continued to talk about it the entire time we were in his office.
