From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Juan, the owner, came out the very next day to assess the damage. He took his time to thoroughly inspect everything, explained the situation in detail, and by that evening, he had a clear and fair quote ready for me. I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was throughout the entire process. We scheduled the work in two parts--first the downstairs, then the stairs and upstairs. The job involved removing the damaged laminate and old carpet, and replacing everything with luxury premium vinyl. Juan's team showed up on time, carefully moved all my furniture and belongings, and got right to work. They kept me abreast of the work and schedule along the way. They cleaned up every night and meticulous with their work. Along the way, they discovered some issues from previous installations--an uneven kitchen floor and a bedroom floor that didn't meet the walls properly. Instead of just covering it up, they took the time to fix the problems before installing the new flooring. The result is absolutely beautiful and feels like a huge upgrade from what was there before. Chris quickly explained the process and filed the claim with the insurance company which then all the pieces started to fall into place. After dealing with a messy water damage in the bathroom and not knowing where to start; my bathroom got repaired in no time by Lartek Restoration. I was charged for work that was never completed, and when I requested the invoice to be corrected, I noticed that every charge on the revised invoice had been increased. This king of behavior feels highly unethical. Unfortunately, I had to work with them because they were brought in through my insurance company. But based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid Green Solution Environmental Services. I also want to caution that they appear to operate under another name - Genesis - which I was later told is essentially the same company. This dual identity only adds to the confusion and lack of transparency. In my opinion, it's best to steer clear of both Green Solutions and Genesis. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.

Joe & his team put together a comprehensive restoration and waterproofing plan. Each stage was clearly explained both in writing and in person so I could understand exactly what was happening. We had mold remediation, waterproofing and insulation plans. They removed and replaced all damaged drywall and dirt, treated the areas, painted and cleaned. When they were finished the area was spotless. They hauled all materials and cleaned everything completely. Additionally, Joe provided my HOA with clear explanation of how water is entering my crawl space and what they need to do to correct the drainage flaws to protect my property from flooding in the future. A full write up including pictures before & after. Joe even arranged to complete my project on a rushed schedule- coming on the first weekend to prep and the next to complete touch ups. He also made a special trip to meet with the HOA contractor rep to walk them through the project in my crawl space and to show them the areas needing correction outside to prevent future issues.
