I called them and they quoted me a reasonable price and made an appointment for two days later. I took the truck in at the appointed time and they offered me a ride home. A REAL bonus with the price of Uber or Lyft these days. They got the work done on time. They did a complete inspection of my vehicle and made a few recommendations but they did NOT push those at all. This review is based on being a customer for over 8 years and having 4 different vehicles serviced at this shop. Customer service is amazing and the sales reps never pressure you in any way. They are honest, thorough and speak in lay terms for people (like me) who don't really know a lot about cars. Prices are fair and I love that you can schedule all appointments online. They allow you the option to drop your car off or wait for it... although the space for waiting is small. My husband, Stephen, has used Gaynors Automotive for several years now…read more Most recently for the purchase of 4 tires for his Toyota Tacoma truck. After consulting with John, who has 20 plus years of tire experience and knowledge, a selection was made. Upon installation a broken sensor was discovered. John replaced it at no charge as my husband thought Gaynors was the original installer. However after we discovered from our receipts it was done somewhere else and let him know we owed them money, John refused the compensation. Wow! And thank you. This downtown location is easy to access and has plenty of parking. They also offer shuttle service. Shop is clean, waiting area as well. Very professional and friendly. My 2018 Highlander is no longer under warranty and we will be using Gaynors for its continued maintenance as well.

Got called back saying the motors needed to be replaced for the wipers, $440 total cost. Had coupon for $60 oil change, and one for $50 off repair. Was billed $800, math isn't mathing. Also they wouldn't say the problem was fixed and the oil change "maintenance required" wasn't reset, while I am sure they did the oil change, it's annoying we had to go online to find how to reset the message. Be ready to fight over prices or have quick service because they don't have any one else waiting.
