If you're driving home with this thing riding shot gun like I was, be prepared for it to be a bit messy, but that's a part of the experience. They used to make the dough in house but now it's a Food Services of America or Sysco. I make pizza dough all the time and it takes all of 10 mins to mix it up and then a few hours to rise. The crust decision has to be purely financial decision and not based on taste or texture. The hot dogs are really good though.
