Banana gulab tasted like eating fresh bananas. Lotis and Rose was also flavorful. The space could use some TLC. There were 2 customers taking some thing to go during my visit, but even if the store was not busy, I needed to clean the table I was using. There were only 2 tables inaide, one that coupd seat 6-8 people, and a small round table that we used. Will I come back? I would not, hence the 3 stars, not because I needed to clean the table, but because the ice cream themselves were too sweet for me. I hope they can nudge down on the sugar.

When we asked for an update, the staff and delivery person were unhelpful and argumentative instead of trying to resolve the situation. We were simply told to "wait" and were handed a manager's business card and told to deal with the manager ourselves. To make matters worse, we paid $25 for parking and left without receiving our order. We have visited this location many times in the past and have always had good experiences, which is why today's experience was so shocking. The staff's attitude was rude, and the lack of customer service was extremely disappointing. What should have been an enjoyable visit turned into a frustrating and embarrassing experience. I hope management addresses these issues and improves the customer service at this location.
