Nothing Bundt Cakes has nothing on this place- if you're looking for mini or full size bundts this place is great and much more affordable. There's an office in the back with a window to the front where you pay. They take credit cards with a minimum charge or you can pay cash. Staff has always been friendly and I've never seen more than one other person in the store. Surprisingly "buttery" tasting for being vegan. Island Coconut: Even softer than the other cookies. So soft they start to fall apart if you don't fully support the whole cookie in the palm of your hand. But that's fine, the taste is awesome. So much grated coconut goodness. Chocolate Chip: This tasted a bit off. Probably because chocolate chip cookies are classic and I've formed certain expectations over the decades. I think the big issue here is that the cookie base is so nice and chewy but the chips are hard and dry, kinda powdery. I guess vegan chocolate is just not my thing. So their cookie baking is still on point, but the vegan chocolate vendor is pretty blah. Peanut Butter: If any type of cookie is a good fit for being vegan, it's peanut butter! Peanut butter is such a magical food because it is creamy and filling and satisfying and generally amazing whilst being vegan.
