I haven't been to this place since I was a kid and went to high school across the street. So after moving back into town, decided to try it. I was not disappointed, the crust is amazing, it's a Greek style pizza, cooked perfectly. This place will now be part of my regular stops!!

First time eating here... and unfortunately it did not go well. We were greeted nicely and seated immediately, then ordered drinks. I ordered Pinot Noir and husband ordered a Pepsi. He got his Pepsi, then I ended up with Pinot Grigio... Since I was having red sauce did request the Pinot Noir I had ordered. They did bring the Pinot Noir. Then on to the food, I ordered the Zesty Alfredo and husband ordered the House Stromboli with extra cheese. After more than 35 minutes our orders finally arrived. We weren't overly concerned about how long it took, since we knew it was being made fresh, however, the Stromboli was NOT the House Stromboli, but a cheese (only) Stromboli with extra cheese. Ugh. Not good and not at all what was ordered. We let the waitress know that is not what we ordered, but did not want to wait another 35 minutes for the correct order. She let us know that it was her fault and we weren't charged for the House Stromboli. Not exactly the point here. At the very least we should've been credited for the extra cheese, cuz that was a horrible addition to a cheese Stromboli. My Zesty Alfredo was fantastic! Though my husband is in no hurry to go back, if we do, I'll definitely get the Zesty Alfredo again. Mistakes do happen, but to get half our order completely wrong, isn't acceptable.

2.25.21 I was here a few months ago in November. I tried a pizza and a meatball parm grinder. While I can't say they were horrible, I can and will say that they're not that great. Let's leave it at that. They were nice. The place looks clean. Parking is ok. There was a nice toast on the bread for the grinder. But it was just sort of ok. Almost ok. Just meh :( Tried a sausage pizza also and the same.It was meh :( Both the pizza and the grinder had no pizzazz. Both of them were bland and basic. Lacking in flavor and taste. Needless to say I had to do what I don't like to do. I had to waste food and throw it away. I didn't finish either of the items. Sorry to say but that's where it ended up. You never know until you try. I'm sure they try hard and mean well but they aren't hitting it. But a pass on returning to this place. It might be the place for some to enjoy but not for others.

As you can see from my reviews I'm a big pizza person!! Pavillion Pizza is a great place to grab an xl cheese pizza there are 24 slices in it for only $15 can't beat that for pizza night !! The sauce is on the sweeter side but I love that, the cheese to sauce ratio is very well done also. We just ordered takeout and it was ready in the usual 20 minutes the staff was very nice and kind we also ordered buffalo wings which my son loved and their chef salad is out of this world the meats were so fresh. The inside was also very nice there was plenty of seating they were a bit crowded but there was still plenty of space and everything was done in ample time. I definitely recommend Pavilion Pizza.

1st time ordering from Pavilion Restaurant. My wife had a chicken parm dinner, I went with a 12 inch meatball grinder. Total was $23.88 I appreciate that Pavilion makes their own meatballs, almost all the Italian places in the area use frozen. But, I still thought the meatballs were bland tasting. Bread was fresh though. My wife liked her chicken parm -- better than most chicken parm dinners we've had locally. Overall, a decent takeout experience at Pavilion Restaurant in Bristol tonight. Based on what we ordered, I'd say it's a 3.5 Star rating, almost 4 Stars, but not quite.

I feel the need to leave this review here now just in case I forget to leave a actual proper long review. This is our third time, a humble looking joint so we come here always just expecting it's going to be " meh". But we keep coming back, collecting calories around our waist because everything is so good here! Service - always awesome. Everyone here looks like they work cohesively, everyone is smiling working hard . Coffees always refilled. Food- fantastic, always fresh, on point. This time I got an omelette with tomatoes and this is the first time I had an omelet where the tomatoes don't get mushy. Their hash browns are also amazing! ... while we like the shredded we LOVE the fried- like mini French fries. While all of their proteins are awesome - their turkey bacon deserves a special shout out because it often misses the mark at most places.. but not here . And then there are the little things - clean bathrooms, condiments on the table are clean and not sticky or gross !! Anyway, come here.

We had a group of 6 so had a 20 minute wait, not sure if they take reservations. If we had a smaller group I think we would have been sat quicker. Sunday mornings they only serve breakfast. Lots of great choices on the menu. Everyone enjoyed what they'd gotten. Prices were somewhat inexpensive and they had some interesting options I'd like to have in the future. Absolutely will come back.

It's very rare to find a place that does this. I was excitedand ordered two grinders. One was the Lucky Luciano and the other was the Sicilian. The. Lucky Luciano is a vegetable base with provolone cheese. It was thinly sliced provolone cheese, two slices on the entire grinder. Unfortunately, due to the marinated mushrooms and marinated eggplant. The bread was pretty soaked. I think if they used more cheese as a barrier, this sandwich could've been better. The Sicilian is basically an eggplant Parmesan. I did not care for this in Parmesan however it is edible. The eggplant was sliced, extremely thin that you could barely taste it. Instead of using melted mozzarella, there was one hunk of fresh mozzarella on the sandwich. I did feel that the prices were pretty expensive however, I probably would try the vegetable sandwich again if I eat it in person and ask them to put extra provolone around the bread . A lot of the reviews people love it here so I might try some other sandwiches however I don't eat meat so these were the two sandwiches I was interested in.

I walked in and from first glance, you can tell it is a staple type establishment for those within the community of Plainville. A spot that folks love to hit up in the mornings and for lunch to get their day started and to keep it going. I always can appreciate a good home-style vibe. Jim's had a few patrons inside, all having conversations with the ladies behind the counter that were making food and then the gentleman at the register as well. I will say that when I walked up to the counter, one lady looked at me as if I had a third eye, scoffed and walked away but I didn't think much of it for she may have been having a bad morning....moments later the other Woman said, "What do you want?" in a questionable tone but again, I digress for they both looked flustered. I placed an order and simply walked to the register and proceeded to grab a few more items for my review. I started off with the Pastrami Reuben on hardroll. The roll was toasted for that crispy factor and the pastrami itself, was good. You really can't go wrong when the cut on the pastrami is just right and it has a nice cut about it. The sauerkraut was ok, nothing major to write home about to be honest and it had a nice savory sauce with some Swiss cheese that. complemented the sandwich. Moving along to their macaroni salad! The mayo was tangy, and the red onions drew in the flavor profile rather nicely. It was seasoned with pepper as well and with the macaroni cooked to near perfection, you couldn't go wrong here. Now their Bacon, Egg and cheese on a hard roll left much to be desired. More BREAD than egg and bacon....You could barely see it from the side, let alone taste anything. I was sadly disappointed in their excuse for a breakfast sandwich. It lacked style, ingredients and flavor. This brings us over to their Apple Crisp! Fresh apples, cinnamon and granola goodness that made up for the horrible breakfast sandwich. Each bite of the crisp sent harps my way to play me a melody of tasty treats. Not too bad but between their. questionable customer service and my breakfast sandwich, I can only give Jim's an overall score of 3.5.
