One lady was at the register, another stocking shelves and the third missing. I went to the lady at the register and asked for help, she made an announcement. We waited and waited, then another lady came to relieve the lady at the register and started doing paperwork. I had to go up again and ask for help. She came a few minutes later to get the birds out of their cage. But I could tell she was not very pleased at me calling attention to their delay. The First Lady came by to apologize and said she needed to go to the restroom. I respect that and understand but I do not appreciate the attitude the other worker displayed. She even grabbed the bird roughly with her hands, I thought a net should have been used. It was just her whole persona was a bit off. My girls have waited years to get these birds, they saved their hard earned money to buy them. It makes me sad that we were treated with a bit of contempt because of the lack of priority that customers apparently have here. The paperwork could have waited young lady. Customers should have been helped first.

We are loyal customers for over a decade, but after the last few visits are feeling we may need to start exploring other options for our small dogs. There have been scheduling snafus, mysteries where we've just fallen off a waitlist, and the hand drying we always had documented in the system and was much preferred for our dogs with anxiety, fell off their radar and does not appear to be an option any longer. The past year hasn't been great for us with Haute Dog... we miss you Lily Bees!

I really liked bringing our Doodle here, but the last couple of times have been disappointing. Last October, I brought her in for her haircut, and what we wanted was discussed with the groomer. When I picked her up, she was completely shaved all the way down to her pink skin. She didn't even look like the same dog! Fast forward to now, and I wanted to give it another chance. I requested a different groomer this go around. When I picked her up today, she looked great! The disappointment was when I went to pay and discovered that my cost DOUBLED from the last several times we've been in there. There was one spot where she was matted, but her entire body was not matted. I was told it was for "combing" but no one ever mentioned any price increase for this. This price reflects a dog that had serious matting and I know my dog didn't have serious matting. The staff is kind and friendly! I think my time with Lilly Bees is up, and I'll be looking elsewhere for groomers.
