We had an amazing experience with Paw Troopers for our dog, Pepper. She was in training for four weeks, and before she went in, she struggled significantly with listening to commands, jumping on people, and was not leash trained at all. Throughout the program, we received periodic updates on Pepper's progress. At first, it seemed like she was having a hard time grasping what she was learning, but they never gave up on her. They adjusted their methods, showed incredible patience, and took the time to truly understand how Pepper learns best. Their kindness, consistency, and guidance made all the difference. When Pepper came home, the they also provided us with daily homework to reinforce what she learned during training so she doesn't regress back to her old behaviors. They made sure we felt fully supported and encouraged us to reach out anytime if we have questions or run into any issues, which really shows how invested they are in long-term success. Pepper has been home with us since the end of January, and the progress has been amazing. She listens, responds to commands, and walks are so much more manageable. What means the most to us is that she's still the same lovable, happy pup she's always been, we can tell she was treated with genuine care and respect throughout her training. I can't even begin to express how ecstatic I am with Azula' one month long stay for the board and train program with PawTroopers. I was so nervous about finding a good place to leave her to work on many many behavioral issues she had. When I found PawTroopers and I read all their amazing and countless 5 star reviews online, I knew that they would be the perfect option. Diane continuously kept me updated with pictures, messages, and videos of Azula showing how much progress and fun she was having. Diane is amazing at what she does! She was able to tell what the issue was with my pup without me telling her a thing with her just observing him i was completely mind blown to say the least. We were so lucky to find PawTroopers. Our Rottweiler was raised indoors along his 4 Shih-poo siblings. Our household knows he wouldn't hurt a fly, but it became hard to let Oliver out around the house when we had guests over. Our guests seeing a 120 Lb dog to be petted or sniffed.
