They were also comfortable using the tools we provided, like his prong collar, which honestly made me feel even more reassured that they know how to properly handle bigger, stronger dogs. Regarding the dog/cat services we rely upon, the peace-of-mind and security afforded to myself and my family is well worth whatever fees Happy Paws needs to continue running. I had a dog that was terminally ill and it always broke my heart to leave for work, but I knew he was in good hands until the end when he finally crossed the rainbow bridge.
