DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! I recently brought my golden retriever, Maya, to this groomer for what was supposed to be a standard two-hour session. It quickly turned into a nightmare. I arrived on time to pick her up after two hours, only to be told it would take an additional 15 minutes because Maya had an accident and needed another wash and dry. I waited patiently, but 15 minutes later, they informed me of yet another delay due to a second accident. Finally, nearly an hour later, they carried her out to my car acting like nothing happened even though I noticed the groomer's concerned look. Maya was heavily panting, but I assumed it was due to the extended session. Once we got home, Maya's behavior was completely out of character--she cried out in pain whenever we tried to pet her on the left side of her body and seemed distressed. We became extremely concerned and rushed her to urgent care. When I contacted the groomer about her injuries, they acted oblivious, suggesting Maya was just scared of the blowdryer and claimed they would "ask the bather." While they agreed to cover the vet bill, they refused to refund the grooming service, saying the bather would lose his commission if they did. The vet diagnosed her with a pinched nerve/pulled muscle and when they shaved the affected area, they found lesions on her skin, likely due to cuts or burns from the grooming tools. It was horrifying to discover that she had suffered so much during what was supposed to be a routine appointment. It breaks my heart to see my dog in pain, especially since she now needs pain medication and an ointment that's uncomfortable to apply due to her injuries. Maya deserves better, and no pet owner should have to go through this. We will never be bringing her back here, and I strongly urge other pet owners to avoid this place if you care about your furry friends' safety. read more

My Lab and Shepard were in need of grooming and decided to try mobile groomers since the last visit to a local Petstore/groomer left me very unhappy. They were very patient and attentive with my pups! I appreciated Rose explaining how the nails should be cut and if she went any shorter she would have cut the quick and caused the nails to bleed. Luis also explained that my Shepard has very sensitive skin and that he had given him the oatmeal bath to help soothe his skin. ANIMAL CRUELTY, DISHONESTY, AND UNPROFESSIONALISM. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. I am beyond horrified by what this place did to our dog, Maya. We trusted them with her care, only to have her come home in terrible pain. She was crying, wouldn't let us touch her, and was visibly distressed. When I reached out to the groomers, they dismissed my concerns with a casual response: they mentioned she "pooed several times" and "didn't like the dryer," but claimed to have no idea why she was in pain. The story kept changing--first, they said "she pooped once", then "twice", then "several times," and finally "seven times." Like what????! We were made to wait an extra hour to pick her up, supposedly because of these incidents. None of it added up, and now I suspect they kept her longer to try to calm her down before we arrived. The vet at urgent care confirmed the unimaginable: Maya came back with a pinched nerve/ pulled muscle, lesions, and such severe irritation that she needed immediate pain relief. They had to shave down the affected area. She now has to take multiple medications to manage the pain they inflicted. This wasn't a grooming session; it was animal cruelty. It's clear they carried our girl to the car, likely hoping we wouldn't notice her distress. While they did cover the vet fees, that's honestly the bare minimum, given the trauma and suffering they caused. When we requested a refund of the grooming fee, they said "no because our groomer gets paid by commission only . He went extra mile to complete his job he was a vet assistance for 3 years I am very sure what he was doing" and when I asked what the groomer said they refused to get us answers and said "I am not asking him any questions" This is the definition of negligence. A professional groomer would never ignore a pet's pain, let alone brush it off and refuse to investigate. We are heartbroken, outraged, and disgusted by the heartless treatment Maya received and the groomers' absolute disregard for her well-being. If you care about your pet, do NOT bring them here. No animal deserves to suffer like this, and no pet owner should have to endure such negligence and cruelty. read more

I called and scheduled an appointment for 1PM for two cats. However, the owner didn't put the appointment down on the sheet for her employee. Ivan was the groomer and he explained there would be a delay. Ivan had multiple dogs scheduled at that time and didn't want to frighten my cats or put them at risk by having them in the grooming area at the same time as the dogs. It's very hard to find a good groomer that is also not overpriced. I decided to look for a different groomer because my current groomer price is constantly different every time I go and there is nothing different they are doing to my dog. Reached out via Yelp and Sarah messaged me immediately. Sent her a text and was lucky to schedule an appointment within a few days on Saturday at 9am. All I wanted was a bath&brush for my 30 lbs corgi. Parking is very limited. The spaces are very small and it's in a lot with other business. Since it was my first time there, I came 10 mins early in case I had to fill out anything. Upon arrival, the glass door was left open with a doggy gate in front. Doggy gate was also left open and when going inside, there was a wooden swing door also left open where I can see a small poodle mix inside a playpen barking. I waited there roughly 5 mins before I decided to ring the bell because nobody approached the front. I tried to be as patient as possible because there was also an iphone left on the binder clearly in the open so I didn't think it would take long for the groomer to return to the front. After waiting 5 mins, i rang the bell. No response. Waited a bit longer cause I can hear the water turn on and then nobody came by so I rang it 3-4 times before I decided to call the store. The number obviously was not to the business because it went to voicemail I believe to the business owner's cell. The business owner then texts me asking to come after 9. I responded that I've been standing at the front ringing the bell and nobody has checked me in. She tells me to wait and someone will be there. As I'm waiting, a small white pomeranian appears out of nowhere not even on a leash and approaches me & my dog. What upsets me is that this dog was not on a leash. As much as I had control of my dog, if something had happened to that dog, I was not responsible. And why is a dog roaming freely? Regardless of employee dog or not, they shouldn't be freely roaming like that especially during business hours when you have customers coming and you don't know the temperament of their dogs. The lady eventually runs up and sees me standing there and runs to retrieve her dog. She didn't speak any English and had to use google translate to communicate with me. Obviously google translate didn't work to our understanding because Sarah eventually texts me asking if I'm just leaving my dog for a bath. They also don't have a kennel system. Rather a bunch of plastic play pens on both sides of the store. The store is dirty and disgusting. The walls were dirty and everything was just a mess. The tubs were the typical ceramic tubs. Not stainless steel so you can see the grime and mildew on the edge. Came to pick up my dog after Sarah texted me. I zelled her upon arrival. Paid $45 for a bath and brush and it looks like they didn't even do his sanitary shave let alone anything else. Upon picking him up, another lady was dropping off her dog and there was another brown toy poodle who was also off leash just trying to hump the other customer's dog. I don't know if it was Sarah but the lady got annoyed of the dog approaching the customer's dog so she picks her up and toss her behind the counter. I'm just standing there waiting for them to greet me or assist me in getting my dog. I can hear my dog barking in the back. A hispanic gentleman suddenly comes up carrying my dog like they were trying to put him in the play pen up front but I yelled out to tell them that was my dog. There was a playpen that obviously had fecal matter on the floor and she's trying to tell him to clean it while carrying my corgi with both hands. It was an overall mess. I would never recommend anyone coming here. I rather pay the extra $10-15 difference to go elsewhere that is sanitary and organized. read more

Honestly I've been to multiple places and they always turn my fur baby away. My dog can be overly dramatic and aggressive towards strangers. And they took my baby in without any hesitation. EDIT: I wanted to edit my review and raise my stars because the customer service that Sarah (owner) has provided has been outstanding. Not only was she receptive to our feedback, but she reimbursed us for the services and our Vet bill since we had to take my pup due to the razor burns. We cannot go back and change this but we all learn from it. It's very much appreciated. Thank you, Sarah! Took my pup in yesterday for grooming as he needed it due to some matting in his coat. The normal groomer we use was on medical leave so we decided to try this place because of their high Yelp reviews. I'm so disappointed. Not only was my shihtzu's coat completely shaved off despite our instructions to cut his hair shorter but not buzz off but they did a horrendous job of shaving and cutting his ear hair and it was left uneven and I noticed it when I got home. My pup was left with irritation burn like marks on his skin. It was also hard to communicate with the staff upon leaving due to practicing social distancing. I will not come back here.
