I ordered a pair of pajama pants and realized after placing the order that I mistakenly selected a size small instead of a large. I immediately tried to fix the issue, but there's *no phone number* to contact them. I looked everywhere for one--it simply doesn't exist, which is extremely unusual and frustrating. The only way to get in touch with them was by submitting an email and opening a "ticket." I did this within their supposed two-hour window for making changes, but they didn't respond until *two days later*! By then, it was too late to fix the order. The business seems to be legit and the products I've ordered so far are ok. I'm still waiting on one. The problem I have is that they are attempting to appear as if they are within the US when they are not. The "warehouse" has a Las Vegas, NV. address and when you get your package it says the Shipping Dept. is in Franklin Park, IL. My package was shipped from Mainland China, CN. The whole process almost took 14 days. Order rec'd 11/15/2023 and delivered 11/27/2023. At some point the package was transferred to USPS. However, you are never given that new tracking number. So you have no clue where it is or when it says "delivered" and you don't have it, you have nothing to reference. The company needs to be up front about the time it takes to get to you as that is what takes the longest. We ordered a cute doormat for our front door and received it a couple of weeks later. It is cute but it is not suitable as a door mat. It is very light, about the weight of a bath towel, it is very thin (about 1/8") and the back is not slip resistant. Trying to return it is not working, they want "pictures" showing the "issue". I sent photo's but it is hard to take a photo of "flimsy". We are going to try to find a decent rubber mat that we can glue this on on to. I inquired, and they sent several emails with faulty tracking information saying the items were en route. They then sent an email saying the items had been delivered according to tracking information they had. I then, in the meanwhile, received emails saying those emails were sent in error, and they were promising delayed delivery due to production issues they had. In the meanwhile, I received someone else's order which means they screwed up someone else's ordered as well. Recently, I received an email stating, in addition to my ordered goods, I would be receiving a 50% refund as a show of faith. I then received an email saying that email was sent in error. The last communication was an email asking how I respond to the email offering 50% discount. I had, in fact, answered that email replying they had sent me an email telling me that email was an error. I have yet to received my promised ordered, any refund, or an actual email with any true facts. These people have stolen $55 of mine, and I have little hope they will honestly resolved the situation. Ordering process is super easy, and they send a proof of what you are going to get with a caption that states: "Rest assured that the product you ordered will look exactly like the photo you uploaded." This is a lie. When I received my pillow that shipped from China, it was extremely blurry. I emailed the company and they instantly blamed me for uploading a poor picture. They wanted to charge me to ship another one. They also said I approved the proof that was emailed. This is also not true. There was not an approval process. My cup came stained and although I paid for express delivery, before Mother's day, it came days after. The mug, was OK, and my daughter was able to clean it with some effort.
