    My puppy twisted her ankle so Kimberly insisted cancelling appointment which is nice of her.:)

    DONT schedule with Kimberly unless you want to keep getting same-day rescheduling, or worse, no showups at all. Yes, COVID is hard and everyone may have quite a hard time so I kept trying my best to be patient and understanding but Kimberly just reschedule me for EIGHT times with 7 times being same-day reschedule over the course of almost 2 months. I kept pulling off my puppy's shower/haircut(westies are not supposed to have shower too frequently), making sure I don't have meetings at the time of appointment and packing treats for preparing upcoming grooming appointment, but only wake up to get rescheduled. I only met her once and she seems professional with grooming, but I didn't expect how rediculous she can be with scheduling and respecting people's schedule. I've attached all our chat transcripts, judge with your own eyes.

    i unfortunately had to update my review. i hate to do this, but believe other people should know what they're getting into. she does a great job grooming- that's undeniable. unfortunately, every appointment i've had with her she reschedules me or attempts to reschedule me. she doesn't value other peoples time. i understand some things are out of her control- like the week of my wedding on the day of my appt when she said she hurt her knee and asked to reschedule. or like last week on the day of my appt when she texted that her van wasn't working correctly and she'd need to reschedule for a week. i understood and accepted. i then confirmed my appointment with her yesterday because i was as going to schedule my other dog for a bath elsewhere during the time she'd be here so he didn't get anxious while the others were outside. she confirmed for this morning at 10am so i made my appt for my other dog and dropped him off this morning like planned. i then get a text at 10:15 letting me know that her prices have increased. i said that would have to be fine since i was currently waiting for her and needed them groomed. i mentioned it was a little unfair to tell me this when she was supposed to already be here vs yesterday when we talked or all last week so i could make an informed fair decision. but again- said it would be fine and asked her ETA. she then tells me she is still working on a big dog and she's over 30 min away and asks me if she can come at 3. at this point, i cancelled and am extremely annoyed. very, very unprofessional and uncaring of other people's times and schedules. will not be using her again which is truly unfortunate because i loved how she groomed- i just cannot deal with the flakiness and lack of professionalism.

    I finally found a new groomer! Poor Joe was looking a bit shabby because I couldn't find a good groomer. I took him to Pawfection and Kimberley did an amazing job! Joe was a bit nervous when I dropped him off but when I picked him up he was so happy and he looked so good!!

    Fast response, reliable, and punctual! My english bulldog, Dulce came out smelling better and looking better than me! Highly recommend!

    The owner is so nice and accommodating! My three dogs look great and are so soft! I definitely recommend this place!

    After six months of silence, this guy suddenly messages me saying, "Are you still interested in…read morethis service?" as I received the message in SMS format - I had no idea what he was talking about - he messaged me without even mentioning what service he's talking about. Seriously? You think I've been sitting here waiting for you all this time? When I questioned him, instead of apologizing or owning up, he got sarcastic and told me I was being "smart & tough." That's his idea of customer service - insulting someone for pointing out how ridiculous his message was. And then I mentioned just because he has messaged me rudely now by saying that I am being "smart & tough" I messaged him back that now he deserves a rating on Yelp - and then he tried to justify it by saying he was "out of the country because of a sad family moment." If that's true, learn how to pause your business or set an auto-reply or reply from there in few days. Don't pop up half a year later acting like you're doing me a favor. If you enjoy rude, clueless communication and zero professionalism, maybe he's your guy. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and find someone who actually respects their clients' time.
