Highly, highly recommend!! We have been using this service for almost a year now. Prices are extremely reasonable given that they come to you, could not beat. The dogs always come back smelling and feeling so brand new! They have taken extremely good care of both our dogs, a 6yr old 105lb German shepherd and a 15yr old 60lb golden retriever. Glad we found them because it has made our life so much easier, especially with our older dog not liking to travel to the groomers anymore. Communication and service is exceptional. There may be some delays here and there but always in good communications and never leaves you hanging. They're very polite and understanding. Also, extremely hard to find a mobile groomer who did older and bigger dogs. Again, highly recommend using their services! read more

We took our lil puppy (well, he just turned 2) to Pawfection Parlour last Wed and they were great with him! The stylist was very careful with him as he has very tender skin. DONT schedule with Kimberly unless you want to keep getting same-day rescheduling, or worse, no showups at all. Yes, COVID is hard and everyone may have quite a hard time so I kept trying my best to be patient and understanding but Kimberly just reschedule me for EIGHT times with 7 times being same-day reschedule over the course of almost 2 months. I kept pulling off my puppy's shower/haircut(westies are not supposed to have shower too frequently), making sure I don't have meetings at the time of appointment and packing treats for preparing upcoming grooming appointment, but only wake up to get rescheduled. I only met her once and she seems professional with grooming, but I didn't expect how rediculous she can be with scheduling and respecting people's schedule. This review is based solely on price. They did a good job, but are way overpriced, in my opinion. Buyer beware. Brought my 2 Golden's in for a de-furring, bath and grooming. I've been one time before and paid right around $200 for the service. This was about 6-8 months ago +/- Brought them back today for about the same thing. I asked for additional grooming, so I expected the price might be slightly more. I have a hearing condition, so I didn't really hear what the woman said. That was my fault and I take total responsibility for not making sure I was fully aware of the price. When I returned to pick them up I was told it was $390!?! Wow. I don't blame them for trying to maximize their profits, but I felt this was an insane price. After picking up my dogs I took them to Plush Puppy on Kimber to find out what they would have charged. I was told it would have been around $209, max. I'm mostly mad at myself for not making sure I was aware of the price, but want to let everyone know that there are MUCH less expensive options close by. I will be taking my dogs elsewhere in the future. read more

i unfortunately had to update my review. i hate to do this, but believe other people should know what they're getting into. she does a great job grooming- that's undeniable. unfortunately, every appointment i've had with her she reschedules me or attempts to reschedule me. she doesn't value other peoples time. i understand some things are out of her control- like the week of my wedding on the day of my appt when she said she hurt her knee and asked to reschedule. or like last week on the day of my appt when she texted that her van wasn't working correctly and she'd need to reschedule for a week. i understood and accepted. i then confirmed my appointment with her yesterday because i was as going to schedule my other dog for a bath elsewhere during the time she'd be here so he didn't get anxious while the others were outside. she confirmed for this morning at 10am so i made my appt for my other dog and dropped him off this morning like planned. i then get a text at 10:15 letting me know that her prices have increased. i said that would have to be fine since i was currently waiting for her and needed them groomed. i mentioned it was a little unfair to tell me this when she was supposed to already be here vs yesterday when we talked or all last week so i could make an informed fair decision. but again- said it would be fine and asked her ETA. she then tells me she is still working on a big dog and she's over 30 min away and asks me if she can come at 3. at this point, i cancelled and am extremely annoyed. very, very unprofessional and uncaring of other people's times and schedules. will not be using her again which is truly unfortunate because i loved how she groomed- i just cannot deal with the flakiness and lack of professionalism. read more

Usually at home, it is such a struggle to get my pup to let me trim her nails but the amazing staff at Pawfection was able to do it so quickly with no problem at all. I brought two of my cats in for a grooming and nail clipping this morning. Kimberly was great with both of my cats who never let me cut their nails. One of the cats was so calm I was worried he might be paralyzed until I touched him and he was actually purring. She has a way with making the animals feel safe & comfortable. I am so disappointed this girl is so unprofessional she was 4+ hours late to appointments with no heads up. I had to take off work multiple times / leave early to wait for her. I gave her 3 DIFFERENT times to try and be on time and the third time she didn't even show up?! I took off work and she didn't even have the decency to let me know she cancels the appointment. It was convenient for her to come to the apartment (even if she did use our power outlet) but I could not recommend her less. Kimberly did a fantastic job with my two 40lb labradoodles. They went in for a bath and tidy up, and came out looking so fluffy and clean. She trimmed around their faces exactly as I asked and paid extra attention to areas where our last groomer missed. Location is great, response time great, friendly staff. Very disappointed in my pups first grooming session. I waited a long time to find a new place closer to home, I finally caved, found this place on Yelp, had great reviews and plus my dog really needed some grooming love. The price was pretty steep, 95$ for a small breed (Cavalier King Charles) was told it's cash only. Aside from that they cut her beautiful long ears when I said no ears, just her body, paws and trim her tail. I'm so sad that her long ears are gone. I know they will eventually grow back but still. I was bringing my dog here regularly and was very happy with the service. One day I called to get him in and was told he could come in but the price was now $25 more which is a very large increase. I'm in sales and totally understand the need to increase fees over time. I'd say if it were $5 more that be much more understandable. I don't feel this is the correct way to do business if your hope is to keep customers coming back. We now have a mobile groomer who comes to our house and charges the same as the original price and does a great job also! They do a GREAT job on the grooming, to our exact detail, but what makes them stand out is their swift service that focuses on one animal at a time. Whereas PetSmart used to take over three hours, Dude is done in less than two here :).
