The entire process was super easy, even though we handled everything over the phone. I mostly communicated with Anna, and she was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. We also paid for our four-night boarding stay through Simon's Zelle account, which made everything very convenient. The grooming was also top-notch! Our Morkie came back looking great, and it was clear that they took good care of her while we were away. Josh explained that if our dog was matted she would be shaved. In this instance unfortunately he tried to brush her but she didnt allow him so he did let me know she would be shaved.
