(Huge plus since when I've had to board at our "vet" facility there is no warm nice happy to have your dog vibe... and it's why I've looked elsewhere for boarding) Here is why I chose and will continue to board my 7 year old Anatolian and 7month old golden retriever at almost home. Their runs are indoor runs with a doggie door for optional indoor out door capabilities with the main kennel room being heated in the winter. The runs are a comfortable fit for even large dogs (I have 120 pounder) They let you bring dog bones or toys so long as your okay with them getting dirty if they drag them outside. This was helpful because we have a seven month old golden retriever, and I felt comfortable knowing that he has the option to chew on a bone if he got bored. They routinely check dogs in and out within the allotted time frame- which is actually kind of nice because then you know the dogs are getting downtime too without being disturbed midday. All and all I felt good about them and will chose them (over their vet) any day.

She rang the doorbell multiple times while I was on a client call - I had explained in the email that I was not available till after 5 PM. After walking at the sitter through my home and explaining how to take care of my cats, I provided her my passcode to the garage and the passcode to my security system and she accepted a key to my home. The sitter accepted a gift from me upon leaving and stated she would be the permanent sitter to care for my pets if I were to use the service again. She said she would "be sure to give them love." The next day I get an email from the owner stating that the sitter felt "uncomfortable" with watching my pets and not only was she refusing service but the company would not be finding a replacement. I was not given any specifics. I live in downtown Carmel in a good area, by myself. Nothing about my home or neighborhood is threatening. This email came after the sitter accepted a gift and asked me for all my home passcodes. I feel like I'm being discriminated against by this company and or they've taken my information and then some thing with it! Either way I'm THE ONE now feeling extremely uncomfortable and uneasy with the experience of Fetch Pet Care! Also to note, I used the service in 2019 and the sitter gave one of my cats the WRONG food to a cat with a Heath condition. I chose to overlook this and continue with booking services but obviously that should've been my initial red flag to look elsewhere. Before writing this review the owner did not return my emails or calls with my concerns. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for discriminatory treatment. I've asked for the gift and my key back. In the initial email owner states Phyllis stated that my key is in the mail?! In no way should my home key be in the mail! This means it's open to being tampered with now I feel like I have to change my locks! STEER CLEAR of this company - they're incredibly unsafe, unprofessionally ran, dishonest, will treat your key without safekeeping. Your home is your safe pace and they will disrespect and violated that! I also feel that I'm being discriminated against either for my race, gender, who knows!

They also will help us out and squeeze our dog in for appointments when he is at doggy day care which is super helpful when we are at work for the day. Our dog is also sometimes leash aggressive because he is anxious around dogs he doesn't know and they help us out with this as well

I hosted a birthday party for my dog at Crate Escapes - my first time visiting for myself and many…read moreof our guests-but likely not the last! What a great place to take your dog! There is a large outdoor play area, indoor space and a small dog area. The check-in is easy, especially if you download the app first. The staff is great and there's a "ruff-eree" that walks around to maintain order and helps keep the play area clean. There are poo bags stationed liberally around the facility so picking up after your dog is easy. We had fun interacting with the other clients and their dogs. Usually there is a food vendor onsite but were between vendors when I went. I was able to carry in whatever wanted and was told DoorDash was OK, too. I didn't have a chance to check out the bar, which is a pay by ounce but several of my guests did and commented on the variety offered. There are many picnic tables and chairs for humans to gather and a mix of natural and artificial turf for the dogs to play. My friends and I have talked about going back, despite the distance for some of us. It's worth the drive. This is a great day out for dog people-fun for your dog and a chill vibe for dog parents.

I'm so happy I decided to check it out today for the first time to experience "Puppy Yoga." The event featured adoptable puppies through Far Fetched a foster based rescue in Indianapolis. "Trinket," a three-legged Greyhound stole the show! She even found a mat of her own to lounge on. Yoga was facilitated by Amanda Denny Meyer of Within You Without You--although most of us cuddled with the puppies rather than posing in downward facing dog. I'm looking forward to returning to Crate Escapes for other fun events in the future! It's a great place for adults and dogs to socialize. So much more than just a dog park. It's a really unique opportunity just to hang out in this space with dogs everywhere and the option to have food and drinks with other dog lovers. Please consider adopting before you shop around or seek out a breeder. There are so many amazing rescue dogs who need a good home. Also spay and neuter your pets please and thank you!!

Everything can be scheduled online and you can indicate what day you would like trash wheeled to the curb, plants watered etc. Lilly is the happiest and healthiest she has ever been after we have returned from the two trips in which we have used HappyTails services. She is on medication for her blood pressure and has terrible anxiety when we leave her alone. I think she actually gained weight this last trip - which is incredible at her age! Lilly really has warmed up to Dana and that makes my heart so happy knowing Lilly trusts her. Will continue to use HappyTails and highly recommend as a cat sitting service.
