In the past leaving her with a family member or friend has been extremely stressful because we almost lost her once, she is an indoor cat - with the exception of our enclosed deck - but, she will wander and small children are not always the best at remembering to close doors behind them. Shirley is just an overall wonderful person, the other staff members she has there are equally as great at taking care of our furry baby and our cat never acts stressed out when she goes there, or when we pick her up. We like to call them The Cat Whisperers, they all make any anxiety you have about leaving your fur baby just float away! I went through a private connection and the transition was rough! I didn't know what to do so I called Cat's Cradle and Marilyn absolutely saved my cat! She helped me communicate with the new family to smooth out the stress of transition and coordinated medical information sharing. She then talked through the process with the new family to assist them in helping the fluffy princess adjust peacefully. We got there about 20 mins before opening and were first in line. The one main suggestion I have is that there be a space/room where you can interact with the potential pet you want to adopt. It was hard trying to hold the kitten and not let her on the ground to play/interact with her. The staff were great with answering questions. Second suggestion would be to give out numbers when people walk in so there is some order. It was a little chaotic since we were there for a kitten and there were other potential cat owners that were being a little aggressive about trying to push past us when we were walking upstairs to see the kittens and trying to claim the kitten they wanted that they saw online. Luckily for us it wasn't the same kitten my daughter was there to meet. Once again this wasn't CAT's fault, but wish there was maybe a more structured way to avoid these types of interactions to happen. It was a little jarring to say the least. Pushing past 2 adults and 2 kids could have made any of us fall down the stairs. They weren't even second in line so that means they were pushing past several people to "be first". The staff does a great job walking you through the adoption process. We were given a complimentary first vet check-up waiver (which was honored by our vet). We were also given a bag of food to take home that our kitten was used to eating. We didn't have a carrier and we were able to purchase a carrier box for $8.00. Also they some times have more pets for potential adoption than what is showing online. If they come in later in the day or early morning these cats may not be on their website yet. Overall our experience was wonderful (minus the overly aggressive woman who was screaming and trying to race us upstairs). You can tell the staff love their jobs, made the adoption process easy and appreciated all the information they shared throughout the adoption process.

Dr. Barkley and Dr. Rataj are the most honest and kind vets I have ever visited. They communicate promptly about test results and inquiries via email and leave detailed texts when necessary as well. I appreciate that both she and Dr. Rataj are so open about sharing information. My husband and I always make comfortable, informed decisions. And their entire staff is stellar. Teri at the front desk is always friendly, helpful and fun (and purple!). Deb, Megan and Amanda really know my cat, Zumbie, and have all kinds of pet names for him. It means a lot to walk in and everyone is happy to see you and your cat! Recently, I had to put my cat, Jitters, to sleep due to a condition he was suffering from that had turned untreatable. I called halfway through my trip and they provided an update, which I really appreciated. When I picked her up she was happy, smelled amazing, and her fur was so soft. Not sure if they bathed her or brushed her or what, but I appreciated it. The staff is super friendly, and I would happily leave my old girl with them again (she's 16). For reference, she stayed in a kitty condo and I could easily fit her bed plus one of the long/narrow scratchers from petsmart. My kitty also requires a decent amount of medication, and that was no issue, just a small fee per med.

We have gone to Cat Care for almost thirty years and always had top notch care for our kitties. Dr Cornwell was amazing and the staff outstanding. Unfortunately Dr Cornwell retired and sold the practice. My understanding is a corporation purchased the practice and as with most acquisitions like that profits out way service. Our last check up for our three healthy cats cost over $1000. Before the sale the cost was less than $400. Luckily we found one of the Cat Care vets that started her own practice and have transferred all kitty care to her.

I booked two 30-minute drop-in visits for total of $60 per day because house sitting wasn't available (which would be around $70 per night). Unfortunately, most visits seemed to last only about 10-15 minutes recorded by our door entry log. Pet sitters I've used from other companies have always stayed the full time, even if my shy cat, Kingsley, didn't come out right away, so they could slowly gain his trust and ensure he received his medication. This sitter seemed to be in a rush and didn't put in the same effort, which was disappointing given the importance of his care. I did let the sitter know that if it was impossible to dose him, it would be ok but I thought eventually she would be able to coax him out to give it to him like my past sitters.

From the moment we walked in, Josie was so friendly and made all 3 of us feel completely at ease. Olive can be a bit nervous around new people, but Josie's gentle touch and calm demeanor won her over instantly. I've been taking Thomas and Olive to Josie for over a few months now, and she always listens to everything I want for their grooming and nails it perfectly. Both dogs coats look fantastic, and smells incredible! Josie even gives me great tips on how to keep Thomas looking good between visits. What really impressed me was how happy and relaxed Thomas and Olive are during and after the grooming. It's clear that Josie genuinely cares about the pets she works with and wants them to have a positive experience. I can't recommend Josie enough if you're looking for a groomer who really goes the extra mile. Thomas, Olive and I will definitely keep coming back!
