Both times when I told her my dogs named her first response was they're finished and were picked up.... both times. The very first time it went smooth and my anxious dogs were relaxed when I got them. The last two times they were whiny and exhausted like they'd been in a constant state of anxiety. I know it's loud. I'm not unrealistic, but their demeanor was 100% opposite of the first. I took them the 3rd time in case it was a fluke. It's too expensive and takes too long for my dogs to need reassurance after. Sadly not a lot of options out here.

THEY DIDN'T FINISH THE JOB! The haircut was "patchy" at best, and he hadn't been bathed at all. We called them to correct this, and they were unresponsive to our requests.
