Zippity Doo Dawgs has been grooming our dog for a couple of years. We are very pleased with the service, and highly recommend them.

We went to a couple of places, one even where you can watch on an app that was closer to us, but when we went to visit the place, we did not like the "vibe" of the place. When we took a tour (just call, and they will let you take a look at the facility before hand) of Paws Landing, we immediately felt great! We had our puppy for an half day "evaluation" with Durenda, which also made us feel at ease. She is marvelous!!! When we picked her up from that, she went over everything she did, and how she thought our puppy would do. They had her in a small yard first and let our puppy feel safe before they had her with the other dogs. I really like too, how they have the dogs separated into "small dogs", " large dogs" and "very active dogs". She has a great team working with her, watching over them, and most importantly taking care of them all day. They will always send you a text and email to confirm your reservation, which is great. They go inside and outside to play all day. If they go "all day" they will get a 2-hour rest, so they get a break from all the fun! But, believe me, when you pick your dog, they will be tired when they get home, which is "good thing"! Pam will send you pictures later via text of your dog, which is great to see at the end of the day. Now, that my dog has gone for awhile, she gets excited when we get there, and she is excited to see Pam and her team when I drop her off. Look no further for a great place for "doggy day care", Pam and her team will take VERY GOOD care of them, like they were one of their own!!!

Paws Landing exceeded all my expectations from the moment we arrived. When we checked in, there was a personalized welcome message on a small board, which immediately made us feel at home. The clerk who greeted us was very professional and took the time to carefully note special considerations, while also ensuring that every item we brought for the stay was accounted for and returned to us. What truly warmed my heart was seeing my pups, Koda and Lexi, so excited to go in. At other facilities, they would always pull away, but this time they happily followed the staff without even looking back. The daily pictures and updates were such a special touch, and I looked forward to them every day. Seeing them playing, relaxed, and happy gave me such peace of mind. It's clear the staff truly cares about the animals they look after. When I picked them up, there was no anxiety or stress at all, just two happy pups who clearly had a great time. Knowing they are in a safe environment with staff on-site 24 hours a day makes traveling so much easier now. Their level of care and professionalism is rare and deeply appreciated. I'm so happy to have finally found the perfect place for my babies. Thank you, Paws Landing, for providing a safe, fun, and loving environment. We can't wait for their next stay!

He starts making these deep throaty growls that make him seem more like a "feral hog" than a pug. It's scary sometimes the sounds he makes. It took three trips to this venue to finally get him acclimated to the team. Dr. McJett and her team is so patient and supportive of our little maniac. She has recommended so many helpful tips to help us. Our Max had an ear infection and he would not put us treat him at home. After several attempts, Dr. McJett was able to pack it and allow the healing to begin. At least to a point where we could start home treatment. Other local vets were unsuccessful. I Love the fact that they will always give you a price estimate upfront, before they start the service. No surprises. No "Invoice Shock". Just honest upfront cost reports. The team here treats us like family...no better than family. Like employees. Offering a service that's tailored for you. So bring your fur buddies here and let "LHAH" attend to your needs. Our dogs are rescues from Austin Boxer Rescue and we have had a total of 3 adoptions and we have also fostered 3 boxers from them. We want the best for them and it is SO nice to see them get excited when they see Michelle. They have known our dogs for years AND are excited to see them too! Prior to this most recent visit to Bliss for boarding, Jaxi had a hurt paw and needed antibiotics while she stayed. Michelle didn't even bat an eye when I mentioned she would have to give her medicine. D.Bo often likes to find a corner to relax during the day and they always make sure he has a soft little bed to lay on instead of the cold floor. Long story short, they go above and beyond to take care of my two babies! D.Bo and Jaxi always come home looking happy and well-cared for. We're always sent pictures of them from their visit - it makes me feel so good to know that when we can't be with them, they are getting the love and attention they deserve. It's definitely great to have that peace of mind! And, even though we live in Round Rock, we are happy to drive out to Liberty Hill because we KNOW our dogs are safe and well cared for with lots of love. I highly recommend Bliss Boarding to all my friends who want their dogs to be HAPPY.

I am extremely disappointed with our experience…read more Our dog is a very anxious dog, but she has never shown aggression toward people or other animals in our care. After boarding her this time (we've been customers there for years), we were told she displayed behaviors such as growling and was no longer welcome to return. What I find most concerning is that this facility also promotes dog training services, yet there was no effort to discuss what may have triggered her behavior, offer recommendations, suggest training options, or work with us on a plan for future success. Instead, we were simply told not to bring her back. I fully understand that any boarding facility has the right to make decisions based on safety concerns. However, anxious and fearful behaviors are not uncommon in boarding environments, and I expected a business that offers training services to have a more knowledgeable and supportive approach. As pet owners, we trust boarding facilities to care for our dogs during what can already be a stressful experience. Rather than feeling supported, we left feeling judged and dismissed. If your dog struggles with anxiety or fear in unfamiliar situations, I would encourage you to ask detailed questions about how those behaviors are assessed and managed before booking. We'll gladly be taking our business elsewhere and won't be back with our current dog or any future dogs.

This isn't just gross; it's dangerous. Secondhand smoke isn't only harmful to humans, it's been proven to cause serious health issues in dogs, including respiratory problems, allergies, and even cancer over time. The fact that the employees think this is acceptable shows a complete lack of professionalism, common sense, and basic compassion for the animals in their care. If they're this careless about something as obvious as keeping toxic smoke away from dogs, what corners are they cutting when no one is watching? I would never risk leaving my dog here. There are far better facilities that actually prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of the pets they're paid to protect. This place is a hard NO for any responsible pet owner.

Enter Hounds Town. Yesterday was our first day: my boy got a full day of daycare, where he was able to socialize and play with six other dogs around his size. He also got a bath (with a blow-dry and the cutest branded bandana ever, which is perfect for my obsessive dog-mom scrapbook). While I did qualify for their lovely first-visit-free promo this time around, even if I hadn't the price for both of those would have STILL been cheaper than what I usually pay for just his bath. Overall, prices are extremely reasonable and competitive with other animal care facilities in the greater Austin area, but honestly I've tried quite a few places and it just feels like you get *more* at Hounds Town. The staff clearly love animals, and their jobs. Everyone is so friendly. I really can't understate the amazing impression I've gotten of this establishment, just from the first day! My boy came back to me relaxed and happy, with no signs of stress or anxiety. They've definitely earned a regular customer in us.
