When you walk in there's a small entrance that separates you from the grooming area. It seems really secure for the dogs inside. They have a book showing the different levels that they can cut which is really helpful! I had a nice chat with the groomer and told her everything we wanted. She followed my instructions and my dog looked adorable! It's a bit pricier than what I've been paying in Vienna, but we will be back for sure.

I have a little Lhasa Apso who is 14 years old and about a year ago she decided she hated grooming and whenever I took her in she would come back half groomed b/c they groomers couldn't handle her. I searched and searched to find someone who could do her properly, and who could come to the house, which I thought would be less stressful for her. After sending out tons of emails to the groomers on Yelp with 5 stars I heard back from Leti and she was able to come a few days later and did an AMAZING job. Nobody has been able to groom my dog's face and Leti was able get just about everything perfect. (there are a few hairs close to her eyes that just can't be gotten!). My dog also liked Leti and there were no hard feelings after the grooming session, despite how much my dog hates being groomed...in fact she really liked Leti. This really feels like a miracle, I was so despairing over this b/c my dog half the time had overgrown hair and now she looks as clean and fluffy as she ever has. Thank you Leti!

Well, I called them and it went straight to voicemail in which she says to send her a message on Facebook (not everyone has Facebook smh!). I left a message requesting a quote/appointment. She scheduled the appointment pointing out that she wanted the complimentary service (see photo) and when I picked her up they told me it was roughly $125. I told them I had a free service and they saw that in the system but that's not what they did. I overheard the lady behind the counter whisper that we were willing to pay the difference even though it is their fault . At that point I was unwilling to pay but my partner was at work and had already paid the entire amount online so that I did not have to have any issues. They reached out to the owner and we were assured that she would reach out to us and fix it. My partner reached out to Jodi (the owner) and she did not respond. This was in February and it is now May. I waited to post this in hope that I wouldn't have to because they would make it right. I understand that the groomer needs to be paid because the work was completed but their mistake shouldn't have been my problem. Oh I forgot to mention how we came about the complimentary service. The original cut was HORRENDOUS (see photo) my partner wrote a review about it and they offered us a complimentary bath and tidy to take it down. She agreed and removed the review(shady). All I want is my partner's money back. This review did not need to be posted but I hate that fact that we were taken advantage of by this business.
