DOOM had a bath, as well as the teeth, brushing and mouth spray, and we had specifications on what parts of his fur should be trimmed, which would just actually be around his feet, and Gustavo executed perfectly. We actually had doubts for this groomer, as a previous one, returned to our dog with red eyes, which was alarming since it wasn't communicated prior to the session ending, which for us was a really big deal. We gave them another shot, and Gustavo did really well. We had a slight language barrier issue, and Gustavo whipped out the Google translate, which I think was very proactive, and answered any questions that would help put us at ease. On top of that, he also sent a few pictures during the session of DOOM to put us more at ease, which I really appreciated. Safe to say, I will happily be rebooking for the next grooming session. She was clearly taken care of well and came out looking so clean, soft, and refreshed. One thing that made the whole visit even easier was the parking. They have several designated spots, and there is even a 1 hour spot that is usually open. Since drop off for grooming only takes about 5 minutes, parking was honestly not an issue at all. The shop itself also feels new, clean, and refreshing, which makes a big difference when you are leaving your dog in someone else's care. Overall, very smooth experience, and I would definitely bring Happee back.

Less than a year and a half later, new location, and the price of grooming went to $170. The quality of grooming went down and on the most recent groom., it seems the groomer may have nicked my dog with dirty Shears which led to a cyst an infection. This ended up being a $900 emergency room visit. Whilst I can't confirm this is what happened, it is highly suspected from the vet as the cyst became noticeable a few days later. Like I said, the quality of the grooming plus the increase in Price and grooming over 1.5 years is a bit too much and therefore I have started to look at other places.

I felt secure and comfortable right away especially that Tequila needed extra care (she has a hip joint problem and suffers a lot whenever someone touches her). Tequila bounded quickly with Karen and when I san her licking her I felt confortable enough to leave. When I came back to pick her up (she was ready before the due time and they tried calling me but was driving and heading there anyway) I was surprisingly happy to see how cute my baby Tequila looked and how at ease she was (she usually get very scared in an environment she is not used to). The price is very reasonable knowing that my baby was very tangled and it includes everything from shampoo to nails to trimming to eyes cleaning.... all for 55$ I already booked Tequila's next appointment for shampoo as I am really bad at brushing her hair and it gets tangled , when she stars shaking I start shaking . I was given options, reassured, and they found time to let me bring them in. Took my babies today, and I was super happy for them! The process was easy for me to drop them off, and they were instantly greeted with happy smiles and love. It took a lot less time than expected, we only did a full bath and blow dry. My babies have never been this soft!!!! Truthfully, the price is more expensive than I'm used to. After today, I really feel that it's worth it!
