I made the appointment and dropped off the iPhone and told them I'd be back to pick it up. When I returned to pick it up the job was completed, they put on the screen protector and case that I brought with me. Plus as a bonus, they told me they over quoted me for the screen replacement. My screen was back to normal in less than 30 min, I received a free screen protector and a complimentary protective phone case. I shattered my phone screen after a night of debauchery, and after a few days of dealing with shards of glass falling out and the danger of cutting up my fingers, I figured it was time to get it fixed. Out of all the people I reached out to, Payless responded the fastest and offered the most reasonable price. I set up an appointment with them the same day. Verdict: I had my phone fixed within 30 minutes, and it looks brand new and works PERFECTLY. The two guys who run the place are really kind, professional, and were patient in explaining everything to me. Oh, the screen also comes with a 90-day warranty, so that was really cool too. These guys are the real deal. I assumed that my iPhone was beyond repair as it dropped on the freeway at 60mph. Both my LCD and glass were ruined. They charge a fraction of the price that other places do and in fact do a better job than most places I have been to in the greater Seattle area. Bought a groupon after reading great reviews when I needed my iPhone 6 Plus screen replaced. Set up appointment online the night before, received confirmation, showed up about 15 minutes early and was told they double-booked my appointment time. Ended up taking a total of almost 2 hours (plus the hour commuting from Wallingford). In all, a very frustrating 3 hrs of my life-- I can't afford this kind of time loss with my job. Communication was horrible...on the 2nd visit it turned out they didn't have my screen in stock but didn't bother checking before I left. Said they would call me when it comes in, never got a call. The gal here was very quick (around 30min) and the cost was $79 for a new iPhone 6+ screen (vs. quoted $149 at Apple Store). Three months of warranty are included.
