I purchased a groupon because the price was considerably lower than other places I found. The service was okay. I originally booked an appointment for 5:30pm, but found myself in the area early so I called to see if I could come by earlier. The person said yes so I dropped off my phone a little before 5. The person didn't take my name or a number to reach me. He said to come back after an hour. I returned to the shop a little after 6 and it was closed! I was worried I would need to come back the next day to pick up my phone. However, they left my phone with the salon across the hallway. Granted, I should have come within an hour but on their site and yelp, it says they close at 7pm, so I didn't worry about timing. They did do the job though - my phone looks brand new. read more

I was there today for my iphone 5. Very smart guys. They offer me the coffee( by the coffee was so delicious) while waiting. Everywhere other shops offer me to fix my broken screen for 90-100 $, but they do that just for 60$ . Thanks Kamran and Vasif. It was unbelievable experience. read more

Fantastic customer service! He fixed my horribly shattered phone as I sat there. It was good as new in 20 minutes and WAY cheaper than anywhere else! I took it home and it wouldn't charge with any of my chargers so I emailed him at 10pm and got a response back in 10 MINUTES politely asking me to come back in the next day so he could help me fix it! Turns out both my chargers were broken which I figured out before I went in again but I was so impressed with how willing he was to help. Great customer service! I called and the quoted me a price and even made me aware of some Yelp deals so I could get a better discount. After, my light sensor (that blacks your screen our when on the phone) wasn't working. I guess when they replaced it, it was slightly misaligned. I got my phone broken in stupid way)I was armwrestling with my friend and forgot to leave the phone out of my pocket, I didn't know where to fix my phone because it was for the 1st time that I damaged device, friend of mine told me that he recently got his phone fixed in a very friendly and at the same time professional place. I diceded to check the place and it turned out to a one of the best service experience I ever got in my life, when I walked in to the store, technician Vasif was already working on a device, but it took him just a second to invite me with a smile and let me explain my issue, I did broke LCD on my screen and I also got old problem with sound(which is almost made me go to Apple store and change the phone), checking the phone took him just about 20 seconds and he already told me approximately waiting for phone to be fixed, I went back to my car to eat my meal and when I finished it, I want back just to check how long it will take more, even it was much earlier than I supposed to come back and surprisingly for me the phone was ready, looked great, almost brand new and just for a little extra charge I got my sound perfectly working on the same volume level as it was when I bought a phone. Time, quality and very nice customer service made me happy for the rest of the week, and by the way I wrote review way after I got service, Everything still works absolutely great.
