I contacted Tyler to address the issue, but he did not appear concerned and did not provide any meaningful assistance. I requested that the GSM or GM contact me to discuss the matter further, but I have not received a response. It has now been a week, and despite multiple attempts to reach a manager, no one has followed up with me. There is a significant price difference between the Limited and LE trims, approximately $7,000 to $10,000. Given the circumstances and the lack of communication, I feel compelled to share my experience publicly and pursue further action, including filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I've been interested in trading my car in for practicality and finance reasons. I stopped by Monday evening to test drive one of the cars they had on the lot that interested me (mind you, it was used and priced at the same rate as a brand new one) I figured while I was there I might as well have them give me an estimate to see what my trade in would be worth roughly there. Like I said, I bought my car brand new and currently, BRZs in similar conditions to mine are going for around 25k give or take. I left immediately after being offered only 17k. The next day when they tried getting in contact with me again, they proceeded to send me a link to a 2023 Subaru brz with a SALVAGED title being sold for over 18k! After I pointed it out they kept making excuses and tried to gaslight me into thinking that all the cars on the site showed that on vehicle history to try and get you to buy the full carfax... reality was the site they were showing me was selling pretty much all salvaged cars. Being a woman it's always a toss up bringing my car in to a mechanic and bracing to be "talked down too" about what needs to be done. But not here! A&R respected me, understood that I already knew what I needed done and never tried to upsell me in anything. Their diagnostic check comes with photos showing you exactly what they find and they were so friendly going over everything with me on the phone and discussing what I should do in the future for tune ups without trying to push me into anything today. My battery terminals were replaced and my car was seen and repaired in about a 3 hour turn around! Pricing seems fair, repairs are never cheap and diagnostic prices are on par with dealerships. I feel like my money was well spent with a crew that cared! Will be my new go to mechanics in town for sure. Thank you!

Since I bought my RAV4, now called Nirvash, I've regularly gone to Toyota of Gallatin for service and upkeep. Apart from changing tires, I trust them with everything else I can't handle myself--like replacing wiper blades or the air filters. Over the years, I've heard some not-so-great stories about dealerships taking advantage of customers, but luckily, Toyota of Gallatin has always been honest and fair with me. Every visit, they make sure I have all the info I need to take good care of my vehicle. They even do this when there's an opportunity to make extra money from services I ask about but don't actually need. For instance, about a year ago, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to replace both the cabin and engine air filters. It turned out the cabin filter needed replacing, but the engine filter was still in great shape. They asked if I really wanted the engine filter replaced, showing it to me to confirm it was fine. That saved me around $50-70 that they could have charged me for that day. Earlier this week, I visited for fuel treatment and brake service. They completed the overdue fuel and engine cleaning treatment, but upon inspection, they found my brake pads still had plenty of life. They told me I was good to go, which saved over $600 in parts, labor, and taxes that could have added up. I asked for the service anyway, and they could have done it for extra profit but chose to be honest and fair about what was really needed. I've heard a lot of stories about certain dealerships just trying to rack up big bills by recommending unnecessary repairs. But so far, Toyota of Gallatin has been different.
