Jenny was our server and she took such great care of us. From providing menu recommendations to keeping the food flowing, she really added to our dining experience. My husband had a really nice caesar salad with salmon on top that he loved. I enjoyed the spicy rigatoni with fried chicken and it was very good and plentiful. I couldn't finish my meal so now I have a nice portion of leftovers in the freezer when I have my pasta craving. Tiramisu dessert and a perfect cappuccino was also very good-- so much food and so good. We will definitely be back.

For our entrees, he got the 'Bistecca alla Pizzaiola" which was a steak with tomato, garlic and red wine with potatoes. It was really good. The steak was very tender. I got the 'Ravioli Limoncello' which was Ravioli in a Lemon cream sauce. I am not a huge lemon fan but this was great. We ended with the 'Carrot Cake' and the 'Toasted Almond' cake - both were delicious as well. Everything was great. The service was quick, attentive and very friendly. I would definitely come back and would recommend. Next time though, I'm sitting outside if I see a big party though!

They overcooked the sausage, but regardless, it truly was exceptional. 5/5 Stars - Shrimp scampi - It was overcooked. 3.5/5 Stars. - Boneless Roasted Chicken Cacciatore - the chicken was so tender and juicy. 5/5 Stars. - Pork Loin Giambotta - They grilled it to perfection, and it was still juicy. This dish was accompanied by mushrooms, onions, and peppers. 5/5 Stars. - Mashed red potatoes - Creamy and smooth. 5/5 Stars. The service was impeccable. They constantly came over to see if there was anything we needed. Plenty of wine and beer flowing, exchanging of dirty dishes for clean dishes, and ensuring we have everything we need.

Then the kicker John, the general manager decided maybe because we didn't order appetizers or desserts just $200 with the 4 of us for entrees . He told us you had a nice meal. Have a great night and basically told us we had to leave without telling us we had to leave. I don't think we had been there more than an hour. Very uncomfortable I will never be back personally. I've talked to other people who said the quality is definitely gone down because they're trying to do too much with too little. Very disappointing for such an expensive bill.

The baked clams are my favorite. The eggplant rollatini is very good. The Spedini was less successful as they prepared it like Mozzarella en Carozza with the Anchovy caper sauce. The dish should be prepared as a loaf as opposed to a sandwich style. I will definitely add Via Sposito into my Italian rotation as the prices are reasonable, the service is excellent and the food is good. I will try their pizza next. Parking on the street in the off season is easy, during the summer parking can be very difficult. There is a garage within a 5 minute walk.

Judging from the next table, the 12 inch pizza pies look really excellent. Cocktails made from an excellent barkeep keep the meal aplomb. Violet our server was very attentive. Parking as us locals know is sometimes a headache in Red Bank. Leave for your reservation early cause you will pay to park. Just think Asbury Park if you get the gist.

Catezza accommodated a table of 8 The restaurant is beautiful with a good size bar at the front of the restaurant Lovely drink menu with some high end bourbons at a reasonable cost. We sat near the open kitchen which was an absolute treat I enjoyed the meal, the desserts are stellar. Disappointed that the kitchen ran out of a few items. The spicy tuna over crispy rice with Calabrian chile sauce was very good. I prefer the tuna diced and mixed, this reminded me of poke. The meatballs were a huge appetizer portion of 3 and they were excellent The short rib over saffron risotto was very good, loved the crunch from the rapini. Their gelato is excellent as was the limoncello bread pudding. Michael took great care of us. I look forward to dining with Catezza again.
