I loved everything about this place! I think that was the best pasta primavera I've ever had. Our waitress was attentive with good energy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance was elegant but casual; overall good vibes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Highly recommend!

It was my hubby's birthday and I felt lucky to find a restaurant open on a Monday after the snow storm. Even better it's adjacent to a paid parking garage so we were steps away from the restaurant on such a freezing cold night. The waitress was helpful because all the appetizers sounded so good. We went with her eggplant suggestion. I could've had that as a meal. I can be quite picky about the bread on a table, but this was delicious. It was warm with a nice crust with olives and Evo. I ordered the Pappardelle bolognese it came with a dollop of mascarpone. So good and hardy I couldn't finish it all. Hubby ordered the shrimp Fra Diavilo with pasta. The spice was just the way he likes it. For dessert it was an easy decision, tartufo is always a win! Of course, what is a Birthday without the staff coming out to sing. To top it off on Mondays it's half price pizza and pasta!

So..my family decided to check out this place for an anniversary dinner during mid-week. The calamari was perfectly fried. The bread was a bit too dry, but the main dishes were really tasty. The skirt steak was grilled to perfection. My short-rib with mash potatoes were melting in my mouth. The salmon dish was also delicious and good portion. Over all, the food was 8 out of 10. Prices are on the high side but the taste made up for the price. We'll be back for another round. Oh do try the dessert. Service was prompt and couteous too. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance is business casual.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Pazzo always had such amazing service and a great place to visit during the holidays. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They are beautifully decorated with a cozy ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My group got drinks for the table and absolutely loved our server. We all got pasta dishes. The linguini with clams was just ok, by my friends loved their vodka rigatoni. The have great desserts as well.

We, the four of us, had appetizers before we went to Count Basie appetizers were very good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We sat in the outside portion that is enclosed, which was a little cold.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Charcuterie board was filled with meats and four pieces of tiny cheese, but the Barrada was good, the salad and one of our friends had the Calamari which were very large. [[HIGHLIGHT]]very loud![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great family place kids were running all over the place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You definitely need reservations parking garage right outside their door which only cost five dollars for four hours.

Went for Easter Sunday lunch. Place was well staffed. Full menu was available. Service was on point for such a busy day. We were not rushed whatsoever. Appetizers were tasty/average, as we ordered nothing exciting. Entree of beef short ribs was fork tender. Two others at table had baked tortellini. That was neither baked or appealing. I'd take that off menu. Olive oil cake was at bottom of dessert menu and it was just tremendous

Came here based on a Yelp recommendation. Initially was not sure what to expect after reading reviews, however we had an incredible experience with a large group of 7 . Our server Brittany could not have been more attentive. Our drink orders were taken quickly and our request for extra hot italian bread with olives and EVO was returned quickly. Calamari and a few other appetizers set the stage and our taste buds watering. Several dishes were ordered by our family such as lasagna that was placed on an abundance of authentic Italian red sauce. Our group had 5 with Italian roots and they agreed the sauce was delish.I ordered some broccoli as a side .It was served with EVO and delicately sliced garlic and lemon.Have never tasted something so delicious! 1 of our party wanted something simple and they were able to accomodate with a simple grilled chicken with beautifully presented and flavorful mashed potatoes. There were many young HS or college aged kids making sure we had plenty of bottled Italian water Aqua Panna and plates cleared as we finished each dish. I was pleasantly surprised how attentive their summer staff was . MOLTO BENE!! We were so lucky with weather since mid end of June was in the 60's so able to sit outside in covered seating. Our table ordered a few signature desserts with ice cream. Our family loves a 3 to 4 course meal. Luckily, we came early early 5am on a Friday night with no wait and all things except ice cream came out hot and steamy. Would absolutely do a return visit!! Parking : paid garage is adjacent to restaurant . We were able to park for dinner and walk to a theater for a music show that ended after 10:30 for $10.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Atmosphere was comfortable[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] . service was good . Food was perfect . We started out with eggplant rollatini , meatballs then I had papperdelle bolognese my date had Broccoli rabe & sausage . Both were perfect . With drinks and tip left there with a $120 bill . I would return without question ! I think best Italian food in Red Bank . And lets be honest there are plenty of them to consider . Parking is right next to restaurant . Give it a try ! I was not disappointed. Neither will you be

We ate here at the end of May and the food was delightful. Service was very good, Tyler was our server. It was a Wednesday night, not too busy and Tyler and his helpers were attentive. We enjoyed as appetizers, vongole oreganate and polpette damiano (meatballs). Both perfect. For entree I had Veal Marsala, (only my homemade is better), my wife had a veal chop special. The food was seasoned well and there was an ample amount of food, enough for some to take home. Recommended though it's on the more upscale in price.

    Mozzarella In Carrozza I think

Good staff friendly. Food is delicous. I got bolognese one time then got this steak apparently a different time the bolognese was fire and this was excellent too. Gotta get that potato croquette get it as an appetizer so good

Our first time here. Like the ambiance Waitstaff was great so they earned the 2 stars for you Our special drinks were jalapeño margaritas which were not spicy which means not enough tequila. The waiter was nice enough to bring over a couple of shots of tequila to add to the drinks and made it right. Ordered a second round and they once again tasted like margarita mix from a bottle. My husband had lasagne which hardly had any meat in it, my friend ordered chicken Marsala It normally looks brown and it came with a reddish sauce I had the skirt steak which came cold but I didn't want to harass the waiter about it so I just ate it All in all no one was crazy about their meals Even the appetizers were pretty bland. The photos came out great. Everything looked good but probably won't return. Sorry We eat Italian at least twice a week so we have a lot to compare to Prices were pretty steep also

    White Sangria
    Amanda P.

Overall had a pleasant experience at Pazzo! The food and drinks were awesome, we loved the calamari appetizer and penne vodka entree. White sangria pitchers were also a great deal. My only bone to pick was that we came in for a reservation at 7:45 and didn't get seated until 8 pm, so just be aware that you may not get seated right away.

First of all, there was a little kids birthday party here and it was LOUD. This is clearly not the restaurant's fault but wow was it loud. I wish we could have sat outside but it was a bit chilly. We started with a 'Watermelon Mint Cooler' and 'Frozen Strawberry Margarita' - both were mocktails. They were both delicious and refreshing. My husband got the meatballs for his appetizer and I got the Caprese salad. He loved the appetizer and I loved mine. You cannot go wrong with Caprese salad in my opinion. For our entrees, he got the 'Bistecca alla Pizzaiola" which was a steak with tomato, garlic and red wine with potatoes. It was really good. The steak was very tender. I got the 'Ravioli Limoncello' which was Ravioli in a Lemon cream sauce. I am not a huge lemon fan but this was great. We ended with the 'Carrot Cake' and the 'Toasted Almond' cake - both were delicious as well. Everything was great. The service was quick, attentive and very friendly. I would definitely come back and would recommend. Next time though, I'm sitting outside if I see a big party though!

The food was impeccable, and I must say, they truly do their meats extremely well. Here are some of the things we ordered. Please bear in mind that we had it family style, and the portions are humongous. - Antipasto - They truly had a sublime selection of Italian-style cured meats, which included Prosciutto di Parma, Soppressata, Mortadella, fresh Mozzarella Pearls, Red Onions, salad underneath, and balsamic glaze drizzled over the top, providing a sweet-tart contrast. It was a very nice high-end charcuterie platter. 5/5 Stars. - Fried Calamari - They lightly floured and fried it. Personally, I preferred it to be fried a bit more. 4/5 Stars. - Eggplant Rollatini - stuffed with ricotta, topped with marinara, and melted mozzarella. The eggplant was sliced thinly and was generously stuffed. 4/5 Stars. - Penne Vodka - They were in a light tomato pancetta cream sauce. I personally preferred a little spicier. 4/5 Stars. - Orrechiette pasta served with fresh tomatoes, garlic, and sausage, broccoli rabe, and basil in garlic & oil. They overcooked the sausage, but regardless, it truly was exceptional. 5/5 Stars - Shrimp scampi - It was overcooked. 3.5/5 Stars. - Boneless Roasted Chicken Cacciatore - the chicken was so tender and juicy. 5/5 Stars. - Pork Loin Giambotta - They grilled it to perfection, and it was still juicy. This dish was accompanied by mushrooms, onions, and peppers. 5/5 Stars. - Mashed red potatoes - Creamy and smooth. 5/5 Stars. The service was impeccable. They constantly came over to see if there was anything we needed. Plenty of wine and beer flowing, exchanging of dirty dishes for clean dishes, and ensuring we have everything we need.
