Pumpkins were dead and rotted out within 3 days. Don't need to say much more just check the pic.

Ever since moving to PB it has been a tradition to go to the PB pumpkin patch on Garnet. The manager of the site, Alex, is the best and extremely helpful. The selection of pumpkins is great and the prices are more than fair. They offer hot cider and a pumpkin painting section for those who want to decorate their pumpkins. Oh...and they got hotdogs, so if you're looking for a bite to eat--you're in luck.

This place is great! I WILL be back every year they are open. Sooo happy I came across this place!! Kid and family friendly.. makes for a great place to take pictures. They have done a great job and I hope it is open for many years to come! Thank you PB pumpkin patch, you've made my Halloween!

It is FREE to enter and walk throughout the lot with lots and lots of pumpkins of all sorts, sizes and color, which makes it a great experience. Plenty of photo spots: red tractor, red wagons, haystacks, and assortment of pumpkins. This place sells all the pumpkins it displays. No staff members around to help or for more info :( Visited early before the crowds and my pup and I walked around comfortably with ease. Compared to other pumpkin patch places I've been to, No music bands, no farm animals and there was no food and/or drink stands inside the lot when we went but there's are plenty of cafes and restaurant inside Liberty Station marketplace; Moniker coffee, Corvette Diner and Dirty Birds are closeby within walking distance. A visit to a pumpkin patch is such a Autumn/Fall pass time activity perfect for anyone especially kids and pups, as my little pumpkin Fendi had a wonderful time and a visit at Goff Family Pumpkin Patch was fun. There isn't much especially while it gets closer to Halloween, but you can find someone easily who is leaving, we found a spot within 3 minutes! This pumpkin patch is free and opened to anyone! I really love how beautiful this place it, it has incredible pumpkins of all different colors, they added lots of hay to the ground and it makes it feel so patchy! I also love the decor, from their coffee shop to the trackers, they are all so adorable, especially for the pictures! I was there on a Wednesday night and it was PACKED! I couldn't imagine this place on a weekend, I bet it's even busier, so if you can, try to come on a weekend day at the evening, Overall, this place was super cute to walk around, the service is good, there are staff walking around, and the value of things are decent, these pumpkins are any ordinary finds you could find at a store!

The San Diego Zoo is one we've wanted to visit for a long time, but never had a chance because it's…read morein San Diego and we're not, and it's not a place we visit routinely. As soon as we booked a Pacific Coast cruise with a port stop in San Diego literally the first words out of my mouth were "And we're going to the San Diego Zoo, right?!?!?!" Fast forward to a port stop in San Diego and a quick 15 minute Lyft and we were standing at the gates. The San Diego Zoo is enormous. One of the docents advised us to take the bus tour, (it's included in your admission fee). It lasts roughly 35-40 minutes and gives you a good overview of the Zoo. Then he told us as an aside "for the best tour sit on the upper level, right side for the best view", and he was right. Since we'd never been here before it only made sense, and the tour was fantastic. It showed us many of highlights of the Zoo, quite a few from vantage points that you don't get while walking. Our tour guide was funny and personable and knew his commentary well. After the bus tour we were pedestrians again. As a group (there were four of us) we each decided what the main thing we wanted to see was. My 'must see' animal was the Red Panda, which I did get to see, albeit a slightly obstructed view. And he was napping. While the San Diego Zoo is known for its Panda exhibit and it's something we wanted, there was roughly a 90 minute to 2 hour wait to see them because of their popularity and, let's face it, it's one of the Zoo's main attractions. We visited a number of the habitats as we walked around (side note: be prepared to do some walking. A LOT of walking). As well as the outdoor habitats there are a number of indoor exhibits everywhere you go. The elephant and the giraffe habitats are ENORMOUS and sprawling, providing plenty of space for exercise and exploration. They're also frequently groomed and modified to keep the animals engaged. If you find yourself in need of souvenirs (or, like, me, a hat because I forgot to bring one) there are shops everywhere. Sun Screen? Bottled water? Battery operated fan? A hat because you may have forgotten one? There's a place nearby. When it comes time for lunch, be prepared to get a little sticker shock. For us (Chicken strips, nachos, and two drinks) it came to $55. While I expect it (we're at a Zoo in San Diego, after all) it's just surprising how it adds up. There are also a number of local artisans who do custom paintings while you visit the Zoo. My wife got her name painted by one very talented young lady with each letter having a different flower or butterfly highlighted. She was amazingly talented. There's a very scenic elevated walkway that connects one part of the park with another. It's a delightful walk that affords some amazing views of the Zoo. Likewise, there's a sky tram to take you from where you are to where you need to be. San Diego Zoo doesn't do reciprocal pricing if you're a member of another Zoo. Since this zoo is funded very largely by admission it can be hard to get a price break. The current daily admission is about $78 per person. If you buy in advance you can save about $5 per person. Given that, I'd recommend buying online in advance. I've been to a lot of Zoos. Each zoo has its own unique personality. San Diego Zoo is, in my opinion, one of the most remarkable. The grounds are well groomed, the park is clean and constantly being cleaned, the habitats are well-maintained, and the signage is helpful and in good repair. I hope to visit again when I have time to explore more. Feet be damned, I could walk this zoo all day.

It's easy to fill up the bucket with ripe strawberries quick. Although it doesn't seem like there's a lot of strawberries at first glance, there's a lot as I walked through the rows of strawberry plants - that was part of the fun! One thing I wasn't prepared for was the dirt and how muddy the strawberry rows were. I'm not sure if it was always that wet. Perhaps it was because it rained earlier in the day? My shoes got extremely dirty and there wasn't a convenient way to wash it off there. I recommend wearing rain boots. In addition to strawberries, there was a sunflower maze and a separate section for a simple sunflower field. For those who don't want to worry about food, there's vendors and food trucks on site. They also sell jam and fresh strawberries at the stand, which doesn't require an admissions ticket. Service wasn't anything special. The staff there were efficient and friendly. Overall, I enjoyed my time there and I recommend visitors trying out the U-Pick experience!
