Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. The guy came out and was very pushy. He gave a price to start the job. While it was high, I agreed as I just wanted to get it done. However, during the job, he claimed to find bigger things wrong with the door. He said the rollers were stuck. On his website and in multiple reviews, he seems to always find bad rollers. Hmmmm... The door was off the track and he threatened to immediately leave without putting it back on if I did not agree to his revised, higher price. Reluctantly, after bargaining what I could, he replaced my rollers, put it back on. It is now very hard to slide. He said it would get easier but it did not. The guy that came out is a total scam and the lady on the phone (likely his wife) is accusatory and nasty. She eventually hung up on me. I have now reported them to CSLB, IRS, city (for not having business license) and have filed a small claims lawsuit which I will soon post here. RUN!
