Quick N' Easy PC is the BEST. My PC suddenly stopped seeing WiFi. I thought it was my internet and got Spectrum to my home. The tech said my internet was fine, it was my computer. This morning I went to QNE and so happy I did! Within 2 minutes the gentleman knew exactly what the problem was. A chip went bad. The thought of him opening up my computer had me so nervous fearing I could lose everything related to my small business. 5 minutes later computer fixed and everything intact. I also had them look at a weird thing my laptop was doing. They fixed that too. I was in and out in15 minutes. I expected to pay at least double what they charged me. I cannot recommend them high enough!!! You have a computer issue definitely going to Quick N' Easy... Their name says it all!! They are the best! read more

Brought in a PC which was freezing randomly. I know a bit about computers and knew it was probably one of three different parts that was faulty, but I didn't have spare components on hand to figure out which one myself; hoped they'd take a few hours and swap parts out until the issue stopped. I was told I would receive a call with an update the day after I brought it in. These guys had my PC for five days with no communication whatsoever. I can't get ahold of anyone over the phone, so I go in physically and ask what's up. They had misplaced my information and hadn't started working on the PC. Fine. I show them my info and leave them to it. Four more days pass. No call, no email. I go in again. What's up guys? They've eliminated one possible source of the problem, no dice. They act busy, tell me they'll call me with an update soon. For real this time, I guess. Two more days. I call them. Turns out they have been stuck and need my bitlocker password now, I'm happy to provide it and they tell me to wait for an email from them and then reply to it with the key. No problem. I wait for three hours before going over and hand-delivering it to them. They're working on eliminating a second possible source of the issue, and it's looking promising. Excellent. Before they close that evening I go in to see if it's solved, and I'm told that the yep, it's a faulty graphics card: they'd plugged in a different one and had no freezing issues. Great! All I need to do is take the PC home, get a new card, and we're good. I pay them $35 and I'm on my way. Though as I'm watching them go to unhook their test card, I notice that their test monitor definitely looks frozen. But they're the experts. Get home. Before I drop $800 on a new card, my spidey sense tingles, and I remember I do have an old graphics card on hand. Put it in my machine, just to see. Still freezes. So nearly two weeks went by between when I brought them my PC and when they incorrectly told me what the issue was. They are probably great if you don't know how to change your facebook password, but I would absolutely not take your stuff to them if you have anything more serious than that. Unless you like babysitting grown men, in which case you can probably still find a better way to get your fix. read more

These two guys were the nicest and fixed my laptop easily! My MSI had a hinge broken and needed the lid replaced. The price was very reasonable and I didn't feel cheated whatsoever. If my laptop ever has issues again I will definitely be back. read more

Someone get David a Super Hero cape! We have been using Quick N Easy for years to help us with the computers at the office and David always comes through and saves the day. Friendly and knowledgeable staff member who was able to quickly diagnose my computer issue. The computer would intermittently freeze a few hours after start up and sometimes needed a few restarts to properly load (would fail on bios and OS load). He quickly figured out this was a bad video card, advised me to send it in for warranty, and gave me a video card to use in the meanwhile until Gigabyte sends me a new one. Used this business for the first time after my very old PC wouldn't powered up any longer. David took a look and after a quick 5 minute inspection figured out the problem. I do not usually write reviews but for this place I have to make an exception. I have a Lenovo Yoga Laptop that I dropped which got the power button stuck permanently pressed inward as well as a loose piece of hardware near the button. I took it to Best Buy and in addition to the $90 fee for someone to even attempt to fix it, the guy estimated $200-300 for the actual repair. I took the computer to Quick N' Easy Repair and within 2 minutes my power button was unstuck and working, as well as the hardware portion put back in to place. I had them do a case swap for my pc that was basically a bunch of spare parts at that, dropped it off and they called me to pick it up on a Friday, I told them I got work at 5 (when they close as well) they stayed around for another 45 minutes so I could pick it up and then to top it all off they gave me a discount on original quote! I always get nervous leaving important possessions with repair shops, whether it be cars, instruments or electronic devices. I read the reviews here and decided to give them a call. They quoted me $300 on a repair for my laptop screen, pending seeing the screen. I figured that was fair and brought in the laptop. They took a look at my laptop, looked up the part and told me it would be about $215 total and the part would take about 3 days to get in. Less than a week later I'm walking out with my laptop completely repaired and feeling like new after paying less than the fair quote i had received from them. Unlike nearly all other PC repair companies, this business truly stands out as they do not charge a diagnostic fee(usually $50 at other places). Had a monitor under Best Buy's Geek Squad Coverage, which to my disappointment didn't cover fixing mounting screws being permanently married to the monitor. They didn't even want to attempt to pull them out even if it cost me out of pocket, thankfully a quick web search brought me to Brian who graciously took the time to get these darn screws out if the monitor. I knew it was a quick fix for someone with the right tools and can do attitude and am grateful that a hardware issue on my end was something I could have taken care of here. What happened is my computer froze and I was unable to open my user profile. After numerous attempts of trying to open the profile to no avail I decided to Yelp computer repair and found this place. Great service! I brought my Dell tower in around closing time and it was ready the next morning. The gentleman was able to remove malware and check my virus software (said it was running good), and get the computer running again! Wow ! What a great experience at Quick n Easy ! And it was just that. Super quick super easy. I called last week requesting a quote, briefly explained my pc situation and they gave me a reasonable quote but did let me know it varies. After dropping my laptop off Monday they let me know it was a quick fix and would call me with updates or questions. Within hours I heard back letting me know what was actually wrong with my pc and they double checked it was ok to proceed, which was completely awesome of them. I let them know prior that I was working with a tight budget in these hard times they totally respected it and gave me a great deal for their amazing work .... picked it up today Wednesday IT WAS FIXED AND READY SO QUICKLY ! Outstanding, amazing, thee BEST!!!! I can't find enough words to describe my satisfaction. Hands down this is the best computer repair I've been to or even heard of from friends as well. They are dedicated to fix the problem, knowledgeable and most of all more than fair and honest. They try their best to fix your issue on the spot. I was blown away that I could walk in especially during a pandemic, and get immediate service. I called a few places that said they would need two days to hold my computer to just do the diagnostic. I couldn't afford to be without my laptop. My father had just been placed on a ventilator and I needed to access my computer (that wouldn't charge) to handle my father's affairs. My day had already been filled with disappointment and bad news. Not knowing any of this, Brian was professional, expedient and was committed to finding a solution. He thought he might have to order a new mother board and after further review he figured out the issue and fixed it on the spot and sent me on my way! Best news of the day. Now keep in mind, he could have easily made me think I still needed a new mother board and I would have been none the wiser. It would have cost me much more. When I say fair, I meant highly ethical! They made my day more than they know. I sat there and watched them go above and beyond to fix my computer, as well as, the many people who walked through the door. They gave everyone the same professional and personal service. Who would have thought getting my computer fixed would have been such a great experience!
