They are knowledgeable but didn't keep his word when he said he will come to drop off computer and time to install data. We had to keep calling to see when computer will be ready and when he will be here to install as he promised.. Manager apologized and said he will take care of it instead. The manager came to our house three times but charged us for just 2 days. He spent time answering computer operating questions that was beyond repair job he charged. He kept his wordwhen he will come and kept communication open as to updates. Therefore he deserves 5 stars. He was very knowledgeable and he stayed late to help. read more

My PC screen went black right in the middle of doing my taxes of course. Took it in to PC Plug. Jacob offered to do a diagnostic that would take about an hour so I left the machine with him. He called as promised and, as I suspected, the solid state drive went out. He gave me a quote to replace the drive and reload windows. Said an associate would pick up the new drive that day. He also indicated that if I brought my latest system image he would load it so my PC would look exactly like it did at the time the image was created. So within 24 hours Jacob the PC back in my hands ! Hooray for Jacob. Recommendation for all PC owners is to make a frequent system image on an external drive. That way everything up to the date of the last image can easily be restored. So yeah, go see Jacob.... read more

let me start off by saying these guys have top of the line service. the quality of there work is top notch. i brought in my pc to get checked out and wipe clean because it was acting stubborn and i couldn't access my task manager nor make any apps as my administrator. it took them about 3 hours to get everything that needed to be fixed and installed windows 11 due to windows 10 not going to have any security updates or updates at all. my pc is brand new i have no issues and i love it. the value of there work they put in making sure you get what you need is immaculate. Great place and friendly folks. I just had water spilled on my pc and been without a pc for 3 months. They analyze my older pc and helped me upgrade to a new mother board and processor. Since my pc was bought pre-costumed I had enough parts to slowly build to the latest parts like ASUS ROG STRIX Z590-E and i9-10900k processor chip. now that I have a RTX 3090 graphics card I am returning to upgrade my case, 1200 watt power supply to handle that new graphics card and more chrome color changing cooling fans. My son dropped his Nintendo Switch OLED console so the screen had a crack and would no longer work. It did work fine on the dock so I was pretty sure the screen needed to be replaced. The first local place I contacted told me the new OLED screen with install would be $290 before tax and told me it may not be worth fixing since a new console retails for $350. Other places told me to bring it in for a quote but they weren't located in town. PC Plug Hawaii is one of the few that was in town and was able to give me a quote based on pictures I sent them, assuming it truly was just a broken screen. And the cost of the replacement screen and installation was sooo much less than the first quote so it made sense to get it repaired. I'm glad I went with them. A week after dropping it off, my son's Nintendo Switch had a new screen and was working as good as new - just in time for Christmas and all the Switch games that are under the tree for him. read more

After several message exchanges with PC Plug Hawaii, the staff wrote to me, "Yes you can drop it off tomorrow at 11AM, and the phone should be ready in about 1 hour." I drove out to the PC Plug Hawaii shop today, and was informed by a technician that I'll need to wait a week for a replacement battery. Be aware that I communicated all details of my iPhone with the staff. They should have checked their inventory before asking me to drive out to their shop -- very inconvenient for me and very inconsiderate of them. read more

These guys are very professional and friendly. Went there to get my friend's PC fixed and the turn around is very quick. My TV actually broke recently too and asked if they can check it. They willingly took the TV to check it even though they usually don't fix TVs. Although it didnt get fixed, they still worked professionally and didn't charge me for checking on the TV.
