Same week, my mother decided to buy my brother a new laptop too. For him we got a Acer Nitro Gaming Laptop for only $500 which was also great. When using their credit card you'll get 0.5 points per one dollar you spend at Best Buy or BestBuy.com, with my points I also ordered an Instax mini 9 instant camera, which came with all accessories basically for free. My mother with her points got a Ninja blender which is super awesome! Definitely great perks, and rewards. At first, we had some issues with my brothers laptop but since we got a warranty on it the techs solved it. Very nice, and friendly staff, and very helpful as well. They "fixed" it twice over a period of many WEEKS and each time we picked it up, it was doing the EXACT same thing that it was doing before taking it to them!! The first time I wanted to pick up the computer after they "fixed" it, I called ahead to make sure that someone was there. They assured me that they were open, but when I showed up 15 minutes later, NO ONE was there!! I waited for an additional 15 minutes before I gave up. We finally took the computer to another shop who charged $50 to figure out the issue in a couple of days. This place is a joke.

I had a disturbing experience with a hard drive recovery request involving important music project files here. The agreement was that I would pay $300 if three specific files were successfully recovered. When I came in to inspect them, the first two appeared corrupted/unusable. I asked to check the third file and said I would still pay the full $300 if even that one file worked. The technician Henry refused to let me verify the third file. While it was already loading/opening on my computer, he unplugged the hard drive. After that, when he connected it to his own computer, the drive stopped showing up. He also accused me of trying to copy the files by inspecting them, checked my computer, and refused to immediately return my original hard drive, saying he needed to "fix" it and delete the recovered folder before he can return it to me. I called the police, but they said it would need to be handled as a civil matter because of the contract. I'm sharing this so others can be informed. In my experience, I was not allowed to fully inspect the recovered files before payment, the drive stopped mounting after it was unplugged by him forcefully during inspection, and I was not able to leave with my original hard drive afterward and was told with a smirk that he will try his best to get it done as soon as possible.
