Once blue collar scholars took over, the job got on track and communication was perfect. During the permitting, inspection scheduling, framing, and finishing portions of the job. We now have a custom gazebo and a full Trex deck that our whole family loves during the spring, summer and fall months. When it is warm in the winter, we are also out on it as well. Very Possibly the Best Home-Improvement Project We've Ever Done…read more And we've done a lot of them! Jorge Leon is one of the "good guys" who runs a good, ethical, competent company that exceeds expectations over and over. We engaged Jorge to fix a problem created by another contractor 17 years ago. The original contractor created 4 retaining walls and stairs and a landing that terraced our side yard, near our driveway and house. To make a long story short, they didn't do it right in numerous ways: - No permit was pulled with Montgomery County, MD which is hard to believe. - Code was not followed regarding too many things to list here. - Not only was glue used instead of mortar (cement) on the pavers, it was the wrong kind of glue. Needless to say, the walls LITERALLY collapsed 17 years later. It looked like a war zone. Except it was our home. Jorge Leon's crew are true professionals who really know what they're doing.
