Luciano has done several projects for us. He installed a paver patio under the deck--including moving the downspout to ensure there would be good placement for the water. He also did a walk-way from the front of the house to the back--again, pavers. As a result of these projects, we had him come and replace our asphalt driveway with pavers. I own a single family home in Rockville, MD. I called to request a quote for having patio pavers, a retaining wall, and steps installed. A gentleman came and measured. Before he left, he told me that he might have to come back and remeasure. I said that would be fine. I waited for 2 days. I never heard back from him.
