Have been here twice now to receive Exceed Microneedling from RN Erika. She is very thorough with answering any of my questions, and tailors the treatment to my needs! I have lots of scarring and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation from having cystic acne almost 20 years ago, and now has started to fade with micro needling. Unfortunately, I am just viewing the response from your facility due to my rare bad experiences when it comes to aesthetic services, and I rarely rate them unless I feel is more than an unpleasant experience. Now, after just reading your reply, it is obvious that you are definitely not sorry because if your apology was sincere you would have asked to speak with your office to get more feedback and try to resolve any issue or miscommunication BUT you turned it around and made it seem like the client is at fault for the bad experience. This should be a lesson to all future clientele as to how this office will mistreat you if you are not satisfied. Be cautious, the are kind until THEY ARENT. Scary to try to intimidate a previous client because the experience waas not a good one. Your future clients should tread carefully with your business and treatments. Just love Dr Kavandish. Very professional, puts you at ease, super gentle. His assistant is a doll too. I've already recommended him to a few of my friends. I had the Endolift, eye fat removal, brow lift, Morpheus treatment. A couple of these require 1-3 sessions, but I already see results, so can't wait until it's all done. But what I really liked was that I'm such a baby, and have a low pain threshold, and he made sure I was very comfortable, relaxed, at ease, and that I was completely numbed up so I had no discomfort or pain. If there was some discomfort it was getting the shots to numb me , and they made sure it was as little as possible. But, what I really love is that the eye treatment is permanent, no incisions, no being put to sleep, half the price of traditional eye surgery, less down time and possibility of complications. Gotta love that right off the bat!!! I really liked their location, & it's very cute boutique office. I can't wait for the healing to see the full results, but I can already see a difference. He has so many options to choose from, super great pricing and specials, and prices are up front on their website, plus you can see videos of the procedures you're interested in.
