Aaron was very nice but unfortunately windows weren't cleaned as well as expected. There were smudges on some of the windows and one window was missed. Tracks on all of the sliders weren't cleaned well or at all. We have 8 slider screens and none were removed for cleaning. The window screens were cleaned but none of the frames. The job was rushed. He oversold himself on saying he cleans all windows, tracks and frames very well. He also oversold himself on being able to immaculately clean 22 windows in 2-3 hours as he claimed. Windows and screens cleaned nicely. Problem was 5 screens were not put back in the correct order results screens not fitting properly. One screen was broken. Last screen put in the day they were here had to be forced in place. I realized wrong screens were on the incorrect windows. Refused to come back and correct. One of the screens had to be hammered out. Result 4 bent screens + 1 broke upon install back. This is going to cost me $$$$$ read more

Impressed to the max with window cleaning service from PCH Services! Sean got here early and did a excellent plus job. Arriving early he checked out what needed to be done and went right to work. He even scraped paint off the window over the front door which I had not seen from below. Then he successfully removed old screens which had been re-installed backwards, and did a masterful job of getting all the windows sparkling clean. Good work cleaning windows, gutters, solar panels and under our eves. Aaron and help came with their masks on and we felt safe while they cleaned our windows from the inside. We have had PCH (Aaron) come out three times since 2015. This last time in 2020 was difficult to get him to our answer numerous messages left on his answering device. It was frustrating and we actually scheduled an appoint with another window cleaning service. Finally Aaron called and we did go with PCH. Message to Aaron is most customers can wait for their appointments but cannot tolerate unresponsiveness after several messages go unanswered for a longtime! Reason for 4 stars instead of 5! We have many, divided light windows with grills which makes for a lot of work washing each one individually. Aaron washed all of our windows both inside and out and cleaned the screens. Our gutters hadn't been cleaned in 4 years and the solar panels were over a year old and had never been cleaned. (They should be cleaned every 4 months.) The important part in cleaning solar panels is that in addition to being washed off they also need to be dried so the scale from the water doesn't accumulate, which is what Aaron did. After being cleaned, our solar panels were generating almost 5 kwh more electricity per day. Aaron is a very pleasant, energetic, and polite young man and very thorough in what he does. Aaron is sort of a con man. He seems exceptionally nice but in the end he did not come back and finish the job of window and screen cleaning as he promised. Stupid me. I thought he seemed trustworthy so I paid him. After two weeks when he did not return I called him. He promised he would come that weekend. The he called and canceled until the following day. Did not show the following day and now he will not return my calls. Stupid thing is that the rest of the job would take him about 15 minutes.
