The guy showed up on time, he was here to replace the old battery in my sons iPhone, because I learned my lesson, in the form of a huge explosion in my kitchen, a fireball, toxic smoke, and panicking children, that Lithium batteries, are nothing to be messed with. He replaced the battery, in the dark, in his car, in less times than it took me to remove the screws from the old phone. The price was even cheaper than trying to do it myself. So all in all.
