They apologized for the hassle. During the next 24 hours my license plate light had gone out, so when I went in for the service reminder reset, I asked them to please change out the bulb (I was quoted $27 by the office assistant which I thought was a lot for a single dinky bulb), but the wonderful office manager told the assistant who was helping me to waive that fee being that I had to come back to do the electronic reset which I really appreciated- that is great customer service!!
