I spoke with Thomas the owner & he was more than happy to squeeze me in on such a last minute wash. It was a hot day & he offered to take me to the coffee shop on the corner to hang out since they don't really have a waiting area indoors. The wash took about an hour and he also offered to pick me up to go get the van. If that isn't customer service, then I don't know what is. In so far as ~14 years of kid stains and roadtrip spills can actually come out of baked-on seat upholstery, the tech Jaxson made my car look and feel brand new. Their mobile unit has everything -- water, power, vacuum, etc, needing no hookups. He worked for over six hours straight without needing a thing from me -- thats well beyond the amount of time I would've expected to be included in a flat rate. Unbelievable transformation. The $290 total included a $50 service charge to get them to come to my house despite it being outside their area, and $40 for a hand wash. He even went above and beyond on the hand wash! But the interior, my goodness. The car feels good to drive again. Scheduling was easy and flexible. It's worth the money to pay these folks to come to you in Portland! (Tip your tech y'all, they're going above and beyond.)
