Quality for a detail (although Autowerx does SOOO much more) shop means 1) The result of literally everything they touch is of the absolute highest grade and people I AM 60 yrs old havs had many of my own businesses and have a LOT of experience in these markets so I know what quality really is. 2) They have the ability and the desire to overcome almost anything that gets thrown at them and do a LOT of this on THEIR dime and without even worrying their customers. I had more then one "special: request that I had otherwise no where else to turn and THEY figured out a way to somehow take care of it AND to their usual high standard. This quality alone my friends stands them in a class by themselves and makes them undeniably worth their weight in gold 3) They stand by their work.... Their mobile unit has everything -- water, power, vacuum, etc, needing no hookups. He worked for over six hours straight without needing a thing from me -- thats well beyond the amount of time I would've expected to be included in a flat rate. Unbelievable transformation. The $290 total included a $50 service charge to get them to come to my house despite it being outside their area, and $40 for a hand wash. He even went above and beyond on the hand wash! But the interior, my goodness. The car feels good to drive again. Scheduling was easy and flexible. It's worth the money to pay these folks to come to you in Portland! They were quick to give me an estimate and let me know how long the job would take. I decided to stick around for a few hours until they were finished which worked out very well because the seating was indoors/ air-conditioned, they served amazing food, and the customer service was excellent.
