To be in the Peace Possey of Peace Water Winery? 100% worth it! First of all, I don't like most Indiana wine because it's way too sweet. PWW wine is all from California! It's right up my alley, and the benefits of the Peace Possey make it a monthly date night PLUS a bargain on a bottle of delicious wine. There are multiple locations, but the Mass Ave location is the favorite for my introverted self. The vibe is more relaxed and quiet, and that gives the staff a chance to be a lot more attentive. Decided to have a last minute wine night and walked over to Peace Water Winery. We chose the "OK, fine" which is a late harvest moscato. And they offered the bottle at room temp or chilled but I chose chilled of course (that's the only right answer!) Man, this bottle was delicious. Every sip was crisp and refreshing. I guess that's what you get when you spend $30 on a high quality moscato compared to the $8 bottle at Trader Joe's LOL no headaches! Just sweet sips and good conversation. I'll have to come back in the future to do a tasting because that looked pretty fun. It seems like they've got a great selection going! read more

I love popping in over in and the one in Fishers. I go in between events. I'll sit at the bar and indulge in a tasting. They have t for staple wines but often have new ones to try. If you absolutely love them join their wine membership. They are a little sweet for me but I enjoy stopping in from time to time solo or with a group. Popped into Peace Water for a post-lunch wine flight. The space is very cute and open. The prices are great and there's a good selection of wines. This was my first time here, and I was surpised that there were just 1-2 groups including mine during our visit. There was only one employee, which made sense for the amount of business, but they weren't the most attentive. They were sitting in a corner booth at a laptop for most of our visit, and didn't seem very observant when new customers arrived. They also didn't offer any recommendations after finding out this was our first time here, instead, simply explained that they offer glasses, tastings, and flights and that one wine could be subbed for a flight. I would have liked some additional info, but that's not the end of the world and we of course still enjoyed our time. I enjoyed all my wines, but didn't love the one I subbed--should've stuck with the original! The tipping buckets for various charities are a really nice touch. read more

Great little spot on Mass Ave. They did a great job transforming the space into a funky little winery. I had a baby with me and thankfully children are allowed in the back room (just not the tasting room). So I was able to get what I wanted and meet the party in the back. I tried a flight - 3 1/2 pours. This seemed more cost effective at $16, than the full glass pours ($10+). Plus I've never been here so I didn't know what I'd like! This way I got a little bit of each. What I wasn't a fan of is only having three set options for the flights. It would be nice if you can pick three that you want. I think this would be even more wanted after doing a tasting and wanting a bit more or certain ones. Great location, friendly bartenders. Not sure why I hadn't stopped in before but I'd love to go with a group of friends for the full tasting! We went on a Sunday evening- it was pretty empty but they do have ample space - both seating and around the bar- so I'm sure they can handle a crowd. read more

We arrived right when the doors opened on a Saturday, and I kind of fell in love with this place. I had been to the Carmel location before, but the location at the intersection of Mass Ave. and College in Indianapolis has the coolest vibe that I've ever seen. It's in a cool area, the wine selection is great, and I kind of didn't want to leave. Something to be aware of: I think Peace Water may sometimes unfairly lose some potential customers because they are a "Dry wine only" winery. We were even informed thusly before our tasting started. While it's true that you won't really find any ultra-sweet or desert wines here, they have a Moscato that's semi-sweet. read more

I ended up going to Peace Water Winery on Mass Ave on Wednesday night January 19th for the wings and unwine event. It was my first time actually going to that winery. It was a very cold Wednesday night, very nice homey inside the winery, the lady at the front desk was talking to three ladies about Peace Water Winery since they had a wine tasting. You can go by yourself, with friends, or even a meeting at the Winery. The winery does offer wine tastings, wine flights, plenty of info about their wines, and they even have a wine club. Also, my event was in the back there was three bottles one was a red blend wine, delicious wine called Inspire. There was a third bottle it was green, I can't think of that name, and all were 14.5%. The event was a small crowd, fun, good chicken bites, and most importantly we enjoyed Peace Water Winery wines. I'll have come back to sample more wines. read more

This was my second wine-tasting experience; however, this was my first educational wine-tasting! Oh, she was just so fluid with answers to every one of my questions...and was so giving of information i didn't even think to ask. Anastasia was just so helpful... since I rarely drink, I had no clue to what I wanted or what I like and didn't like, she helped me choose according to her probing at my personality...She was on target! Not only did she provide superb educational service to my husband and I, watching her serve other customers was also a pleasure. Any person should be able to conclude that Anastasia really enjoys her job and the science behind it all. She never sighed in frustration or showed any in her facial expressions neither. One wine tasting with five different wines is 10 dollars and they're definitely not stingy when poring a glass. My favorite wine was the wishful white which I highly recommend if you're a nearby when it comes to wine. The interior is super stylish but low key enough to not feel stressful. Peace Water Winery is a new and welcome face on the northern end of Mass Ave. After passing by their "We're Open!" barrel earlier in the evening, some friends and I decided to continue our Galentine's Day festivities here. Immediately I loved the decor. Warm lighting, beautiful chandeliers, with a cozy/hippy feel. On the menu is all wine. They don't serve food but are happy to let you bring your own or have something delivered (and with so many restaurants nearby there are a ton of options). They offer tastings, flights, full glasses, and bottle purchases. My friends and I opted for the tasting and tried 5 of their white and red wines. To keep track of your favorites, you get a laminated place card and dry erase markers. The two standouts for me were the Soulful (white) and the Zen (red). I also ordered a glass of the Passion which I enjoyed. Peace Water has an interesting origin story, and I encourage you to hear about by dropping in! I will say that included in this story is a commitment to giving back to charitable causes which is made evident by the donation buckets on the left wall by the entrance. Just as hip and cozy as the Carmel location, but feel like the location is in a weird. It isn't super visible to passers by on College Ave. (it is across the street from 45 Degrees.) Love the Passion Cabernet Sauvignon and the rose' for went I need something sweet. Remember these aren't Indiana wines. They are born and raised California but definitely tailored to the less developed Indiana palate. Do a flight if you don't feel like standing the entire time at the bar. This is such a cute and unique little winery. The vibe as soon as you walk in is very cool and welcoming. They have a few areas you can choose to sit with your friends and then they have a large bar for tastings. Their tasting are very cheap for 5 so I highly recommend. They also hosts events, we are actually using this space to hold an upcoming bridal shower and due to how cute it is, we won't need to decorate too much! The only downfall is they don't have a lot of sweet wines that I would love to see. I am sweet wine drinker and even their sweetest selection tasted a little too dry for me. read more

Tastings are $10 and consist of five wine tastings. This menu didn't contain one bad wine! It was so hard to choose my favorite. The atmosphere will take you into a 70s heaven. It's eclectic and trendy and will leave you wanting to spend all day here. The staff is friendly and beyond helpful with offering suggestions for tastings! plus the music playlist is on point. This is really cute place for gatherings. They offer snacks to have with your wine such as chocolates, prosciutto salami and cheese, spreads, olives. That's exactly where I found myself this weekend: strolling down Mass Ave on a beautiful day, without a plan but looking for something to do. What a bright and fun place to get a drink!! Great location being at tip of Mass Ace (perfect for people watching), this place is so cheery when you walk in. My husband and I have been really wanting to try this place, and were happy to be near it on our evening walk with our pup. They thankfully allow dogs inside, and also have an outdoor patio you and your furry friend can enjoy! When ordering, you can get a glass, share a bottle, or get a flight. We ended up getting a flight each: the mixed flight for me (some whites and some reds) and the red flight for him (3 reds) with both being $16 each. The pours were generous and included a description of the wine along with tasting notes such as tannins, profile, and body. Out of the six we tried, there wasn't a single one we didn't like! I loved that not only were the wines great, they also donate a good chunk of their proceeds to other organizations. I love the idea of Peace water winery but I'm not blown away by their wine. They donate part of their profits to charity which is really cool. The interior of the tasting room is phenomenal. It has a really cool vibe and would be super fun to have a bridal shower at because they have a large back room! When we went it was, for lack of a better word, dead. There were two other couples that straggled in, but it was eerily quiet. The tasting was $10 plus tax, which I felt was a little steep. I don't love white wine but I did enjoy the Radiant and Bliss. The Radiant does have quite a bit of lime taste so is a little acidic. For the reds, the merlot was great! Definitely try this one people! I did not care for the pinot noir. It was a little too light for me. Overall, a good addition to mass ave. I'm surprised I haven't been here sooner! Definitely try this place if you're in the area. read more
