My bf gently touched one of the plants he wanted to purchase to fully inspect it before purchasing, but then the owner started berating us profusely. He went 0-100 & it was scary how deranged/out of control his anger quickly rose to. We genuinely apologized to him for touching the plant and for not having seen the very much faded and small sign that was hidden behind all the other plants. But alas, the owner kept going, escalating his anger, and began hurling insults at us calling us stupid even as we were on our way out. Seems like he's capable of being a decent human being to the others who have left good reviews. Based on this selective decency/kindness, I wouldn't recommend anyone to even take that gamble.

I went with him to finalize my bouquet and spoke to Sue. I showed her my inspiration photo and told her roughly how large I wanted it to be and she said she could get it done at $150. Unfortunately, many florists are not open on Sunday and my wedding was Monday morning in SF. I asked her if the bouquet would be okay if I picked it up on Saturday. She graciously offered to let me pick it up on Sunday, even though they weren't open, as an exception since it was for our wedding - which was extremely kind of her. The bouquet was beautiful, attached below, and she packaged it with water in a cardboard box so it made for easy transportation. Sunday morning - Monday morning of my wedding - no major issues. There was a rose or two that wilted slightly, but nothing major. Pricing was extremely reasonable, I was being quoted $250+ at other locations. Very grateful for her flexibility and kindness. Would recommend and come again if I ever need flowers again!
