I genuinely cannot say enough good things about our experience with Ivy Veterinary. From the moment…read morewe walked in, we were welcomed into a beautiful, clean, and calming facility. The entire staff (showing love to Kori & Serenity) are incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate- you can truly feel how much they care about every animal and family they serve. Dr. Lee is phenomenal. After feeling uncertain with our previous veterinarian, he took our concerns about Olive's (our sweet angel) lumps seriously and approached everything with care and thoroughness. He answered every single one of our questions in detail, never made us feel rushed, and explained everything clearly so we always felt informed and supported. As Olive's health declined, Dr. Lee continued to guide us with incredible compassion and honesty. He helped us understand what was happening every step of the way and always prioritized her comfort and quality of life. Although Olive ultimately passed peacefully at home, the care and support we received from Ivy Veterinary throughout her journey meant more to our family than words can express. In the midst of our grief, the team even sent us a beautiful bouquet of flowers. That simple act of kindness reminded us that they weren't just caring for our doggie, they were caring for us, too. The turnaround time has always been impressively fast, and the staff is consistently responsive whenever we've needed clarification or follow-up. Knowing our pets are in such capable, compassionate hands brings us tremendous peace of mind. We are forever grateful for the love, empathy, and exceptional care they gave Olive throughout her life. We wouldn't trust our pets with anyone else. If you're looking for a veterinary team that truly listens, genuinely cares, and treats your pets like family, I cannot recommend Ivy Veterinary highly enough.

My dog is a senior dog and when we learned that Dr. Lee had left our prior vet, we searched and found him. Making an appointment for Jace was easy. They were able to get his previous vet records sent over. The new location is serene and has free parking. Woot woot. I enjoyed the scenery of live plants and pet artwork. Jace had a good appointment and Dr. Lee staff are all very professional and caring. I am happy we made the trek North to follow Dr. Lee. I always appreciate the communication and it is apparent that the Vet Techs here like working with Dr. Lee and love pets. Wish this new veterinary establishment the best and highly recommend using them for your pet's care. I have already referred several other pet owners to Dr. Lee.

I don't mind paying a lot for veterinary services, but this company -- and I blame the company, not…read morethe vets -- charged me well over $200 for a visit in which nothing happened. My cat hissed once and ran into a corner and that was pretty much it.  For context, this was my easy cat. The one they've cooed over at my regular vet's office. It's not fair to say that the mobile vet even took a look at her, because she was wrapped in a towel when I brought her over and she ran into the corner as soon as I put her down. The vet then immediately gave up and said she'd come back when my cat was drugged double or triple the medically recommended dosage (with either the new drug she dispensed or my existing stock of gabapentin). But they still charged me $75 for a visual exam. I am happy to pay for the medication the vet dispensed and was even willing to pay the travel fee to compensate her for her time. But paying nearly $100 because she glanced at a cat hidden under a towel? Come on. I called and asked for my money back and was told I should be grateful the vet didn't charge me for a hands-on exam she never performed. Because, I guess, as long as we're charging for services we didn't really provide, why not? The person I spoke to made it clear the vet was just following company policy in charging me hundreds of dollars to come to my house for ten minutes and perform no exams nor provide the service I had requested. Note that the company requires you to schedule a hundred-plus-dollar exam on top of the travel fee just to get a nail trim (oh, and of course they charge you for the nail trim, too) -- which is all I really wanted. Highway robbery. And I say that as someone who will spend a ridiculous amount of money on her cats. The only reason this is not a one-star review is because a different team did a thorough job in a previous visit with my other cat. But that team is no longer available. No, I am not going to schedule another nearly $300 appointment and drug my petite cat into oblivion so you can walk away again if she looks at you the wrong way. Shame that this company insists on penny wise, pound foolish policies. They could have had a regular customer paying over $400 every three months if they had been honest rather than charging me for services they didn't provide. Instead, they got to play me once and notch one more bad Yelp review warning other pet owners not to get scammed.
