Discovered this cute little dessert shop after a birthday lunch with family. Stopped in on a weekday, around 3p and the place was empty. We ordered two classic banana puddings and a peach cobbler. Now myself and my grandpa have high standards for banana puddings and this one surprisingly didn't disappoint--it was perfectly balanced with classic vanilla wafers (not chessmen cookies!!). My mom also enjoyed her peach cobbler, noting it tasted authentic (she also thought the side of ice cream was a nice touch).
This was my first time here I am not a desert person but wanted something sweet and decided to give it a try. The Peach Cobbler Factory offers a range of other desserts, such as banana pudding, apple cobbler, and many different- cobblers. Service was ok. nothing that said I'm so happy to see you just basic service. There were not many clients so it was a chill quiet enviroment.
Run don't walk to get it! You won't be disappointed. I saw it on IG and was like I got to try. Finally it was my time. After debating on which location I chose this one due to convenience. It's located in a shopping plaza parking lot. There are plenty of free parking. When we arrived Mila welcomed us with warm friendly energy. This was our first time so we had plenty questions and suggestions. She was patient and never rushed us. She needs employee of the month and a raise immediately! The inside is small and doesn't have a large seating area. I recommend coming during the week. If packed on weekends you might not have a seat to enough it. Then we placed our orders. The cobblers were warm and gooey. Like home made fresh baked cookies. They cobblers crust to filling rations was perfect and the vanilla nice addition. We had the strawberry, mango peach, sweet potato pecan cobblers and banana pudding. Those cups had no crumbs left behind. We ate it all! I will be back highly recommend 10/10!
First time visiting peach cobbler factory in Pines. Greeted by the host which was very welcoming. Explained the menu thoroughly with the cookies and different types of cobblers. They have many different varieties, which is so cool. the venue was very clean and neat. We sat outside because it was not too cold and just enjoyed our dessert. I purchased the mango peach cobbler with the cinnamon vanilla ice cream. It actually comes with cinnamon on top. If you don't want it, maybe you can ask for no cinnamon . Overall, it was a great experience. The mango peach cobbler was delicious, but it was a little on the sweet side. Couldn't finish it so we took it home.. I'd like to try the strawberry peach cobbler next sounds so yummy!
Delicious desserts + great service! I ordered the dessert flight to try a little bit of everything. Peach cobbler - 10/10. It's in the name so I expected this to be the best thing I tried. It was sweet, fluffy, warm and melts in your mouth! Paired perfectly with the vanilla ice cream Apple caramel cobbler - 7/10. The texture was a little mushier. The caramel flavors didn't stand out to me really. The apple was tender and soft. Strawberry banana pudding 7/10 - I was a little disappointed there were no strawberries in the actual pudding, just on top. But it was a solid pudding. OG banana pudding - 6/10 - not sure why but the pudding itself in this cup tasted different than the strawberry one. The pudding pack flavor was very strong here. Wasn't a fan of it when I first tried it. But after I put it in the fridge at home for a while then came back to it the flavor was a little better. Also, it could've been my taste buds readjusting after eating the cobbler right before trying the pudding. I may have to get the pudding again by itself to test its flavor. But overall the desserts were great, the staff were very nice and gave me great recommendations. I'll definitely be back!
I was craving something sweet and decided to order from the Peach Cobbler Factory via Uber eats. They have so many options to choose from that I found their menu a bit overwhelming, but I opted for the classic peach cobbler with a scoop of ice cream. Based on some of the reviews I was expecting to be disappointed or find the cobbler too sweet. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the portion sizes of both the peach cobbler and ice cream were solid and the flavors were incredible. The peach cobbler had the perfect amount of crust to balance the soft texture of the peaches. This was a tasty and affordable dessert, and it was delivered very quickly. I can't wait to try some of the other items in the menu!
Food - banana pudding was delicious! Loved it and would return JUST for it! The peach cobbler had a bit of a "stored in the refrigerator too long" taste and didn't make it desirable. I do want to give it another try in case it was a slow weekday & turn over of pre-prepped food was slow. Customer Service - definitely a little squeaky but our cashier was nice. However, the back kitchen staff were not modest at all with their interactions & several crude comments & words were expressed. Very much a turnoff when you're at a dessert shop with family. The store was nicely spaced and clean. It has a very bright atmosphere, which instantly makes you happy with the larger than life screens featuring all the tasty treats! While I won't be running back or going out of my way to check them out again, I will happily stop by and give them another shot if I'm in the neighborhood! I look forward to their continued growth & success! Hopefully I can update this review in the future! I really want to cause anything peach or pie related I always root for!!!!
First time trying Peach Cobbler. Which is located on University Drive and Pines Blvd, in the same plaza where Lowe's, Party City and Red Lobster is located. Love how inviting the Peach Cobbler, looks. Brightly painted in orange and signage almost everywhere. They have a spacious eating and sitting room. There menus can be seen from many flat screen tvs place in the restaurant.. I was greeted with a smile, and such a cheerful person at the register. She was so kind to explain , pretty much the menu. Also she gave me tips for ordering, and ofcourse we had to go with a selection. We tried the puddings and the cobblers, both were tasty. You order at the counter and they call your name or number and you come up and get your order. Not gonna lie, we waited a little while to get our food but it was too baThey have a funky and cute ig wall. It's adorable inside. They have everything that'll satisfy your sweet tooth. I came in for the peach cobbler. I had praline nuts and caramel on my peach cobbler. It came out with ice cream which I gave to my son. But the peach cobbler was amazing, warm, and so reminiscent of grandmas peach cobbler from back in the day. I really enjoyed this spot. My son got a cherry shake and it was good. We were so excited to stop in. We couldn't decide on 1 option so we decided on the flight. We had the peach, apple walnut, caramel apple and blackberry cobbler flight. This option does not include ice cream but can be added for an additional fee. We inquired about whether or not the cobbler was made with dairy and was told no, but after sharing why we inquired--food allergy, the cashier went the extra mile to confirm with the cooks. Their response was no. Unfortunately, the cobbler was not tasty. I did like the caramel apple over the other options but the crust and taste was bland. There is plenty of parking at the location and an option to dine in.
Interesting new and unique dessert option in the area. They have cobblers served with ice cream, pudding, and shakes. I tried the cinnamon peach praline cobbler with ice cream and it was good. Hot pastries with chilly ice cream is an awesome combination. The sweetness was a bit overwhelming and I couldn't finish the whole thing though. I also had the Cheesecake shake but it tasted similar to banana to me so I'm not sure if I got the right one or if their shakes are mixed with their banana pudding. It took less than 5 minutes to receive my dessert so service is pretty quick. They have about 4 tables inside seating roughly 16 people inside. Parking lot is huge so should never have a problem finding parking.
I ordered the banana pudding it was extremely sweet I did not finish it. Overall, it's good has a lot of bread which i don't mind. My daughters split a big cookie, I did not try it my husband said it was bland. He ordered the peach cobbler and I liked it came with ice cream and it taste was good. Service was good as soon as we walked in we were greeted. Good came out relatively quick. Place is nicely setup for families and looked clean. Overall will go back to try diff. flavors they have a wide variety of cobbler flavors and cinnamon buns

I've been telling myself I'll stop in here for awhile now & finally did. The place is nice & the staff were helpful & so friendly. I loved the varieties of sweets & treats, plus they had in house made iced coffee that I enjoyed. I had the strawberry peach cobbler shake & an iced coffee. I truly loved both & they tasted well mixed together. The cookies are everything too. Loved my little snacky snax. read more

I had dinner around the area and wanted a sweet treat and saw the Peach Cobbler Factory. They have a variety of desserts from cobblers (sweet and savory), cookies, banana pudding and even cinnamon rolls. They also have shakes, brownies, churros and cheesecake!! Lots of options but figured I go with a peach and mango cobbler. It was okay, nothing special and not worth the price. You can see the employees microwaving the the cobbler in the kitchen. The ice cream was on the side and the top of it was icy with signs that it might be freezer burned. The color of both fruits are very similar when they're cooked and you can barely tell the difference in the cobbler. read more

My cousin and I decided to try The Peach Cobbler Factory while we were out shopping. When we walked in, you can smell the great scents of cinnamon, apples, and peaches. The restaurant is small quaint place perfect for a quick sweet treat. The Peach Cobbler Factory has a plethora of cobblers, banana puddings, cookies, and milkshakes to choose from. The friendly server gave us great suggestions of what we should choose. We chose the cinnamon peach praline cobbler, and it was amazing. It had pecans on top, loaded with thick peaches and soft gooey caramel crust. The cobbler is served hot and fresh with ice cream; if you dine in, you can get the ice cream placed on top of the cobbler. We can't wait to try more flavors and desserts from The Peach Cobbler Factory. read more
Who would have thought - a peach cobbler place! I love a good peach cobbler as much as the next guy but this place... it's so much more than that! They offer different types of cobblers, banana puddings, cookies, brownies etc... a sweet tooth person's heaven really. While I only came in to try the cobblers (super yummy. Not overly too sweet either), I'll definitely come back to try some of their other goodies as well. read more

This is a great spot to quench your sweet tooth. The peach cobbler was good but lacked a little extra sweetness but I guess it's the base for the other items (smorgasbord) you can top it with besides the vanilla ice cream. The person taking the orders was very patient as I tried to decide what I and the little wanted. The portion to me (cobbler) is somewhat small for the price. But overall good. The cookies though!!!!!! The cookie was literally the size of her head. It was topped with an icing and sprinkles. Really moist and delicious. The ambiance is really cool read more

We ordered the Regular peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream topped with cinnamon. Super good ! The peach cobbler was warm and smelled and tasted great ! The greeting when we walked in was that welcoming but hey maybe she was having a busy moment. Did give us a smile in the end which is good. Try this place out if you're having a sweet craving ! We came in to get dessert but couldn't order because their system was down. I wanted to order the peach cobbler. It is clean inside. I'll need to come back with cash in hand just in case we run into this problem again. My plan is to bring my mother as she is a peach cobbler fanatic. In a way, this was a sign. I thought you could buy the cobbler by itself, but it comes with ice and we had more errands. read more

After hearing about this place for a while we decided to finally check it out. My sisters and I aren't really cobbler fans so we got a flight of the banana puddings. Honesty, it just wasn't the best. The banana pudding wasn't anything special and the special flavors are just sprinkled on top. If I go back I want to try a cookie next time because those looked tasty. read more

Plenty of parking in this Lowe's / Red Lobster strip mall. The location was nicely decorated and had a nice ambiance, w/ plenty of TV's and the menu's & promotions visible. They have a neat selfie camera, that basically is a info capturing tool. I chose the "dessert flight"sampler cups, peach cobbler, red velvet, bourbon pecan, and banana pudding. The locations was steady with business, and the service was efficient. I found oddly enough, all the desert had a homogenized taste. Good, but similar. The sampler cup was a good way to try a variety of flavors, but found the cups to be tiny & the cost high,of $22.50 plus tip. I hope that they can tweak the operation, to continue their successfulness. read more
Cute little hidden spot! The store was very clean (bathroom was too). We got there close to closing, so there weren't cookies/waffles/brownies. We got a dessert flight (4 cobblers+complimentary ice cream), classic vanilla cinnamon roll, and a pint of Oreo crunch ice cream to take home ($36 total). Our cashier/server was very friendly and patient while we decided. Everyone in my party had a different favorite of the cobblers, mine was the caramel apple. The ice cream also went with it really well! Would come back to get that one in the regular size. I also really wanted to try the banana puddings, but you only get the ice cream for the cobblers if you get 4 cobblers in the flight so I'll have to come back. The ice cream was rich, sort of reminded me of blue bell excited to try the Oreo pint! read more
The Peach Cobbler is an interesting dessert place. I had the cherry peach cobbler. They include the ice cream on the side with your dessert choice. They also have oversized cookies that they sell but trust me, they give you more than enough of this dessert that is enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. They also have a location in Ft. Lauderdale. They are open until 10pm but interestingly they deliver until 2am. read more

I've been hearing about this place online for a while so we finally decided to check it out. Truthfully my first mistake is simply that I didn't actually order any cobbler. But the reason is that I don't love fruit cobblers. We went with the flight of banana puddings. We were excited but then quickly realized that the Oreo banana pudding is just Oreos sprinkled on top of regular banana pudding. And the butterfinger banana pudding is just regular banana pudding with butterfingers sprinkled on top. Etc etc. The banana pudding itself seemed like nothing special. Anyways, I'll take responsibility that I went to a cobbler place and didn't order cobbler. But heads up on the banana pudding. read more
As I was driving through the Lowe's parking lot I see the place, Peach Cobbler Factory!!!! Whaaaaaaaaaaaa??????? I HAD to stop. Super cool place with some delicious treats. We ordered four cups of peach cobbler to go. It was great. (Mine of course is much better) They serve it plain or with ice cream. They also have cookies and other cobblers. read more
We came to try this location for the first time on a Saturday night 10 min before they close. The lobby wasn't busy but they were still taking customers and people/drivers kept coming for pickups. The lobby is spacious and they have a cute selfie camera that you can send the pictures to yourself. We ordered 2 cookies, one peach cobbler and one red velvet banana pudding. We checked our order before leaving and noticed they had given us the wrong order. After some back and forth we finally got the correct order. The cookies were ok, nothing crazy about them. The peach cobbler with the ice cream was really good. I really enjoyed the red velvet banana pudding and I this that was my favorite thing. I would recommend to try as is something very different than your standard dessert shop. read more
